good. arrived early, but did not knock on door, so I went out. friendly, courteous, professional. 3 hrs. start to finish.

At 4 PM on a Friday, my landscaper broke the outside hose bib faucet so it was full on. I had to shut the water off to the entire house. Started calling plumbers and leaving messages as quick as I could. Green House Plumbing called me back within an hour and had a plumber at my house the next day at 10 AM. They did not charge an emergency fee. The plumber Omid showed up on time and did a great job.

We had a leak from our bathroom tub upstairs. I tried to fix it by applying silicone gel around the tub drain, but it still was leaking. I called several plumbers, but Green House Plumbing was able to come immediately. The technician, Omid was upfront with the explanation of charges for detecting the leak and the process. He checked for leaks but did not find any. It seems the silicone gel i applied took some time to set in. Omid was very helpful and understanding through out the process.

The project went very smooth, coordinated subs as well.

After calling a few plumbers form AngiesList that were either booked a week out, or on vacation, I called Greenhouse Plumbing and Navid was willing to come by at 8am the next morning. I received a call to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived promptly. The work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price - he applied a coupon that I wasn't aware was even available, which was appreciated. I will be calling him to do a furnace inspection, and fix an outside faucet. Very happy with the responsiveness of Greenhouse Plumbing.

The work was very clean and we have never had any leaks. The work was well done. The person that came out was Navid and he was great.

They were here in a timely manner and they got the work done as promised. I am not sure that I paid the competitive price. This is the first time that I have used plumbing service. He tried to recommend more things, than was needed. The quality was good. I am not sure if I would use them again.

This is an update of a previous poor report we posted a few weeks ago. Since then, we have successfully resolved the issue with 9-1-1 and feel that we had a positive outcome.

They are pretty respectable and are very helpful. They are great. They know what they are doing. They show up on time. They are one of the contractors whom I trust. I have had a very good experience with them so far. They are not the cheapest, but reasonably priced and they do a good job.

Find another plumber, unless you want to pay 2 times what others charge!

John and his team provided wonderful service. We had a huge leak in our main water supply line where it entered our crawlspace. It was large enough that we had to shut the water off to the house. John provided an extremely well-priced estimate (I got 5 quotes and theirs was significantly less than all of the others) and his crew came out the next day to do the work. They dug a 36' long, 3' deep trench and tore out the decaying existing supply line (combination of corroded galvanized pipe and inadequately sized PVC) and replaced it with insulated, copper which I expect to last for many years. Trench was backfilled, grass replaced, water restored to the house all in one day. Additionally, while they were in the crawlspace, they noted that our waste pipe for the kitchen sink had become un-attached to the rest of the waste system and re-attached at no additional charge. Bottom line: they were responsive, fast, yet deliberate and careful in their work. Their price was the lowest around and they did outstanding work. We could not be more pleased.
