+ -1 moreGlenn thought he had identified the problem and applied a simple low cost fix. The fix didn’t work. I don’t fault Glenn for this as his fix was worth a shot. My problem is that months later when it was clear that the fix didn’t work and I reached out to Glenn to see if he would like to take another stab at it, there was no response. Multiple messages, no response. I would understand if Glenn was too busy to take on a small job but the fact he would not even return a phone call to a homeowner regarding a problem he had failed to fix is unprofessional and disappointing.

Description of Work: Our remodeler had installed four sky lights in our roof and therefore, had to disturb the roofing. Upon inspection, it was found his work was of poor quality. Glenn's job was to repair the roof around this area.
