 + -1 moreWe remodeled two bathrooms ourselves and needed some help with glass. I called Glass Master, Ramin came out two days later and brought few samples of glass with him. We selected the glass and the thickness on the spot. Ramin provided us with the estimate a day later. His price was within our budget and we asked him to do the work. Ramin and Tyler returned a week later and installed glass in both bathrooms in one day. I would highly recommend this company, their prices are very competitive. Their quality is top of the line.
Description of Work: Installed 2 panel frame less 3/8inch shower door. Also 1/4 inch semi-framed rain glass sliding doors in our bathtub.

Description of Work: We had 2 screen doors installed and 3 screens for windows. It took 2 weeks before we finally heard back from them that the screens were in. The owner indicated he had to custom make the screen doors because he could not find them in stock. I immediately noticed they seem to be very cheaply made, but we needed screen doors and accepted that. After installation of both screen doors the owner admitted they were not a great fit but they did open and close. We assumed it was because the sliding doors are older and we were ok with that as long as they worked. I did noticed one of the screens for the windows had a hole near the seem and asked them to fix it before he left. I assumed this was done. Now I look and see the hole is still present. But worse part is that the screen after opening and closing just 2-3 times has fallen off the track. I called Glass Master today and nicely asked if he could come out and fix it or refund our money since the screen is not functional. I have never been treated so rudely by another human being. I was so beside myself at how rude and nasty this person was that I too lost it over the phone. He said there is no way he would ever give our money back. The screen is useless. I told him I would be filing a complaint with Angie's List, BBB and file a small claim to try and recoup our money back. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! THE OWNER IS A VERY BAD BUSINESS MAN, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE JOB HE DOES OR MAKING HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY. SAVE YOU MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
