This team works super hard, has a fair price, and accommodates special wishes without a hitch. The owner, Mario, inspects and stays on top of all work, usually being the one to spot and remedy smaller things before I could say anything.

Great. We originally contacted Mario because his men were rebuilding a large sports deck next door. Our house had two areas of exterior rot, one at ground level and the second about 25 feet off the ground. Mario gave us a fair quote and we asked him to start. We knew that the extent of rot could be difficult to determine until the siding was removed. The first area had somewhat more extensive rot than I had expected, but Mario repaired it for the price quoted without dickering. The second site appeared to be just a woodpecker hole, with damage to the siding and the post beneath it. When the siding was removed, though, it became clear that there was extensive water damage to a large section of the exterior wall and the corner timbers had rotted through due to a gutter leak. The woodpecker hole was not the damage. It was a symptom of the damage. And all high off the ground. A classic case of a small problem becoming a large one. Mario's men jumped on the job and took care it. Equally as important, Mario remained in close contact with us throughout the project, explaining necessities and options. Mario also showed me why some things I thought needed to be done, did not have to be done. For example, in reframing the exterior walls, Mario avoided any substantial damage to the interior walls. We were very happy with the work and what we paid for it. We were so pleased with the work, and Mario was so easy to work with, we later asked Mario to repaint the main living area of our house. His men did a first class job. I consider myself a pretty good painter and pretty careful about spending money, but my wife wanted it done this way. In the end, I was very happy they did this work and we were very happy with Mario's suggestions.

I bought my first investment home to flip. Called 4-5 general contractors who charged me way too much. It was between Mario and another contractor and I decided to work with Mario. I felt that he was genuine and trustworthy. I'm glad I made the right call. I have since referred Mario out to my clients and friends for any remodeling or construction work needed. Mario is very nice and a perfectionist. Very professional. He came to our house and added a cabinet between two of our other cabinets, and made it match exactly with the other ones next to it. It was a very custom design and since we had used him on other projects, we knew he could fix it. We are very happy with how this went, and he charged us less than other people whom we got a price from. Great work!
