Elena Micheva

Description of Work: I dealt with Elena Micheva for one year prior to my move and continued utilizing her expertise as my realtor. She was able to provide me insight to all the areas I was looking into, provided me school information, demographics information for the business in the areas, and was always available when I needed her. In January I provided her with the city of my families choice and she provided me an active list of all the homes in our price range, even some that were above because of the active buyers market. I was alone while my wife was in another state looking with me at these homes via the internet and skype. Elena got actively involved and provided me with a woman's point of view on every home that I liked. She never persuaded me to buy or not to look at a home even up to the day we looked at the home I eventually bought after my wife came out and visited. We looked at two others on short notice and she even changed her schedule to assist my house hunting needs. Time of service June 2011 through May 2012.
