+ -1 moreWe're very happy with how detailed the inspection was. It's great to learn about every little glitch in advance and get a detailed report at the end. I have a good feeling that I know about the state of the house now.
Description of Work: Wendell did a detailed and thorough inspection of the house we were buying. He carefully checked the crawlspace (found several issues which I'd never know about), checked the attic (found a disconnected pipe - again something I'm happy I was told about) and inspected the rest of the house very carefully.
