This company is nothing short of amazing. Starting from the initial bid and phone/email consults with owner Bryan, all the way through the extremely efficient and professional installation by James and Michael (and remote IT specialist Scott), they did everything the right way. My need for their services stemmed from having a home with many odd wall angles, rendering traditional consumer-grade WiFi routers fairly useless. My home had one coax entry point, which wasn't in an ideal location. They suggested moving the coax into a "networking closet" along with adding POE power injectors, a UniFi security gateway/router, a cloud key controller, and wall mounted enterprise-grade WAP (powered over POE). Initially the bid contained multiple WAPs, but once the first was installed, we realized the entire house had enough coverage, and left the rest out (saving several hundred dollars in equipment and labor). James and Michael arrived precisely on time, and worked very efficiently to complete the project in about 3 hours. They were great to talk with throughout the process and were happy to answer the multitude of questions I had for them (I'm knowledgable of networking, but of course not to their level). Once all the wiring, router, and switches were in place, they phoned out to Scott who remotely configured the network. We ensured the network performed as expected (over 150 Mb/s down wired and close to that wireless). They left me with a fantastic web portal to monitor my new home network and let me know how to escalate any problems that could potentially arise in the future. This is the third and most elaborate home entertainment system that Bryan, the owner, has installed for my wife and I. We are very happy with the components he selected and their operation. Bryan is very professional and knowledgeable and is very concientious in post install followup and very generous with his time in tutoring the customer on the operation of the system.
