It was budget friendly! Alex, the owner and Edwin, the manager was in contact throughout the process. We're happy with the LVP material they provided. Installer guy did a great job. He was polite and professional and completed the installation in one day. We definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. The existing floors are 30 years and had several small areas of water damage. The damage boards were replaced and the floor was refinished in a very timely. They look better than they ever have. I couldn't be any happier with the job. Alex, the owner, David, the general manager, the Paul, the sales manager, and Sergei and his refinishing crew were responsive immediately to all my concerns in the most professional and friendly way with clear communication and clarity regarding the job from the time of the bid to moving the furniture back at the end of the job. The installation process went great. Edwin was in contact with us throughout the process from giving the quote to the installation day and also followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. Installers were very punctual and did a great job in exact time frame they provided. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Excellent finished product and communication throughout the process. David and team were very transparent about costs and stayed within agreed budget and project parameters. They also were flexible on timing and finished two projects (flooring and paint) on schedule.

They were very responsive and prompt. They followed through and made us feel comfortable in the entire process. The two gentleman who came out to do the work were very neat, clean, and knowledgeable; they answered all of the questions we had . They were able to complete all of the work in one day and did an amazing job.

E&A was very accommodating, as we are on a very tight deadline in a series of connected steps to get ready to have the basement slab raised. E&A provided a fast turnaround on a bid and was very accommodating on the tight deadline. All of this process was handled over a weekend. In the dates we suggested, in list of ordered preference, we offered to even have the work done on that Monday, if it turned out that a different job ended earlier than planned, never expecting that that would happen. We were thrilled when we got a call about noon that Monday, saying that their carpet guy could come about 1:30! He was prompt, professional, courteous, prepared. He pulled back the carpet with care, as it is going to be reinstalled. He rolled it up efficiently and even suggested that I mark the back so that we could identify the two rolls. Everything was done with care and efficiency. We were surprised at how quickly he was able to accomplish the work. We definitely will hire E&A to do the carpet work after our other work is completed.

Fast, efficient, friendly, great result. Only minor complaint is that carpet tufts/detritus was not cleaned up in parking lot outside front door. Would definitely hire again, though - Alex mad the whole process easy and painless.

It went amazing! They did it so fast.

Went very well! I opened an auto detail shop in Mukilteo and the building was very old. The floors were awful and I knew I needed a professional to make it right. After getting a few quotes I decided E&A was my safest bet. And I was right. From the first phone call to the rep squeezing me into his busy schedule for the estimate, I felt they knew the process through and through every step of the way. The floors were excellent and within our budget. They explained to me all the different options I could have gone with and why the one I chose was the best one for my business. I know that in my industry it’s all about earning the customers trust first, then you earn their business, and E&A was able to do that for me. The works was done well, they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. All in all I feel everything about these folks is utter professionalism and excellence. I Highly recommend them!

I needed fast efficient service before Xmas and that’s what I got! The team and company made me feel #1 from the start and made me a priority till the job was done!! The job took longer than expected because of my floor being not leveled ..not visible by carpet ... it didn’t matter cuz this company did things smart and right. I hate spending money but I would spend every penny on quote plus more for the result I received. You all rock!! You get what you pay for and I was beyond pleased! I hired this company to replace the floors in my condominium. I had done research for the better part of a year to find the best company. This was a big investment and a foundational piece of any home. As importantly, I wanted to hire from people I believed in. Is it possible to have an excellent product, detailed installation and an experienced company run by good people that would care for my home? Simply put, yes. E&A is it. From the first phone call to the in home evaluation, to product selection, I immediately knew I was in the best hands. The Sales Manager, Mark - in addition to being authentic and caring to meet my specific requirements - mentioned that the owners were committed to treating all their employees well. That was a selling point. Happy employees make happy customers. The reverse is almost never true. The price was competitive. Alex the Owner was 100 percent responsive to all my questions and concerns. This included a step by step, highly involved condominium HOA process. Want a company that can meet the requirements of your HOA in a timely and top quality way? There are few. E&A was outstanding and genuinely cared that all parties were satisfied. The installers were on time, hard-working and experts at their craft. The job got done in the time frame that was promised. The floor had to be leveled in three rooms. It was flawless. There were a couple of unexpected issues and they were resolved real-time despite it being more complicated than expected. The next day I noticed a couple of minor issues. Are you ready for this part? When I sent an email on Saturday morning, Alex and Erik responded in an hour and were both at my house in two. The owners! They assessed the issues, Alex fixed one during the visit and the installer arrived on Sunday morning to fix the other two. He drove from Kent to Seattle for minor corrections that took him only a half hour to resolve. When does this happen? These guys have stellar reviews and plenty of business lined up. They do business like this because this is how they do business, for everyone based on the reviews I read. I LOVE my new floors. And I really enjoyed meeting Alex and Eric. They are good people who are talented and driven for excellence. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good people that do exceptional work at a fair price in a geographic area that has a low supply of contractors is a gem in a haystack. Look no further. Thank you A&E!
