Holly and team do a great job, are efficient, and we're able to walk on the carpet shortly after cleaning. That also means that our cat doesn't have to be locked up in a room overnight.

Very friendly and persuasive in initial conversation. Had a mix up with regard to the time, but were very apologetic and comped some work for the inconvenience. The actual service was terrific! They did a great job on the spots, which showed me that I don't need to replace the carpet, just have it cleaned when I go to put it on the market. I will definitely hire them to do the full cleaning job. They were excellent!

Called on Tuesday, set up appointment for Thursday. Holly is very amenable and service oriented. I had a few pretty badly stained areas and was considering replacing the carpet even though it was not very old. She and Ben did a great job -- the carpet looks great -- like new!

We needed to have our 9 foot sectional sofa professionally cleaned on a Sunday. Holly and Ben thoroughly cleaned our delicate fiber sofa and throw pillows from Kasala. The dry cleaning process that they performed, cleaned the sofa in a way that made the sofa feel, smell, and appear in like new condition. We have a yellow-lab that sheds a lot and they were able to deep clean the fabric and remove all of his hair that was embedded in the fibers. They were on time, professional, and neat. They even cleaned our floor rug for free since it was next to the sofa. I recommend this company!

It was a very positive experience. They arrived on time (actually, even a little early). From the time they arrived and started measuring until the time they left, an hour and half passed. Usually I have to keep our cats locked in a room in a different part of the house for an entire day listening to them meow non-stop. The process with Dry Connection dries so much faster, and they were able to roam the house again after just 45 minutes. We had a really bad pen stain that they were able to lighten up, and the entire carpet looks much brighter. I recommend this service!

My wife really liked them because they do more organic and supposedly more environmentally friendly cleaning. The workers get in everything on time. I think they are about average on the pricing. There were some stains left, but I think they were permanent stains.
