Deck Guru painted our deck 3 years ago and the job had a 10 yr warranty. One year later the paint was peeling. We called them and they came out and repaired the damaged spots. The next year more paint was peeling so we called Deck Guru again. They came out and inspected the damage and told us they would come back and fix it. After many calls and emails, we fixed it ourselves. Year three, more peeling, worse than before. Called Deck Guru to come out again but they asked us to send pictures, which we did. They came back to us and told us the warranty was only for the paint and we would have to pay the labor. We agreed and sent them half of the money. Two guys showed up a couple of weeks later and began sanding the damaged areas. They claimed they need to pick up some additional supplies to complete the job and they would be back the next day. They never showed up. We have called many times and left messages and sent several emails. This has been going on for three weeks and we have had no return calls or emails from the company. I would never recommend these guys.
