The company arrived on time; was polite, was done on time, took great care of our stuff (leaving covers under furniture feet and lifting bedding and curtains), and left conveniently placed footies for us to wear, and did a fantastic cleaning job.

Easy to set up the appointment, on time arrival, quick, professional, and best of all, the couch looks great. We have a white fabric couch that is almost 8 years old. They made it look almost new again!

I called on a Monday morning and they just happened to have a cancellation. Perfect timing!!! Their technician Conner came by to clean an upholstered chair and 6 upholstered kitchen chairs. Another technician Matt stopped by to help out. Both young men were delightful. They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend this company. After going through records I realized I had used them back in 2006 to clean several area rugs when we were moving. They also did a great job on them. Nice company John Surdi!!

John arrived on time, and did an excellent job. The carpet looks great. We have used Crystal Carpet cleaners in the past for duct and dryer vent cleaning as well and have been happy with the results every time.

I was very impressed with all the service. Started when I was trying to find someone who cleans carpets on a Saturday, and have available time in about a week. The receptionist wasn't sure, but said she would check and call back. She did call back pretty soon, and they did have time. Matt showed up a few minutes early, figured out the sq footage and price, then worked very hard for about 4 hours on my approx 500 sq feet of carpeting, and 26 stairs. He spent a lot of time on the stairs, worked on the 'blackened' edges, and working on any stains, etc. I appreciated his hard work and close attention to detail. He was very pleasant and professional. I was able t use the Angie's coupon as well, for $25 The carpets look VERY good, for white, 10 year old carpets....I am pleased. I think now I have found a reliable service, so I won't need to look around anymore for future work! Oh, and I got an email today from the company owner, thanking me for being a customer, and checking to be sure that I didn't have any concerns...how great is that!

I contacted the owner, John Surdi, by email and set up an appointment for an estimate to have my carpets cleaned. John was prompt and very thorough. He measured and gave me an firm bid for work to be completed. I set up an appointment with him at that time for the following week. On the day of the appointment, the two technicians, Matt and another young man arrived and were very courteous and friendly. As they had a lot of carpet to clean and three levels, they were there for about 4 hours. After the work was completed, the carpets looked very clean and they were even able to remove some very old stains that previous carpet cleaning methods had resisted. I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning.

John was on time, very friendly and work imperturbably e got the carpet in my daughters room clean! It had all sides of stairs on it and I had through it couldn't be cleaned!

I have used Crystal Carpet Cleaning three times since we installed new carpet in 2010. The first time was a few weeks after the carpet was installed and we had some mysterious spots tracked into the bedroom. John, the owner, came out on the recommendation of the company where we bought our carpets and he was able to get the stains out and they did not reappear. He was professional, massively knowledgeable, unintrusive and did great work--and he was patient these stains weren't easy to get out. The following year I had all of the carpets cleaned and once again they did a super job. This year we called him for an emergency. We tracked some black grease or tar spots onto the dining room carpet and I could not get them out. Crystal came to the rescue. I got onto their schedule quickly and the work was fabulous. They had a minimum charge of $150, however, John was able to get the spots out and clean the dining room quickly so he refreshed our hallway carpets, as well. I definitely felt I received a fair deal and good value. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the science and chemistry of carpet cleaning and is willing to share suggestions on DIY tips for quick spot cleaning. I am very happy with Crystal and fully recommend them for both the quality and professionalism of their service.

All I have to say is WOW! John (the owner) was super responsive, contacted me right away and consistently answered all of the questions that I had for him. John gave me a ballpark figure that was within my budget, so he gave me some options to accomidate my busy work schedule. The crew of two very kind men showed up 5mins early and were ready to walk through and give me an even more accurate quote PRIOR to starting the work!! How great is that? Then, they worked out the final invoice (which included deep cleaning + urine smell/stain removal) and the final cost was 50% LESS than my ballpark! Just Wow! When I returned home my carpets were baby soft (which wasn't the case before) and all of the stains were out. They even left me a bottle of stain remover to use in the future and wrote me a little schedule of all the work they performed and "heavy traffic areas" to watch out for. Quality Service, Exceptional Customer Service, Quick & Fairly priced.... I'm going to refer these guys to all of my friends and coworkers. Thanks John & Crew!!!

Such professional service - I can't recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning enough. Pricing was reasonable, service was timely, provider was super friendly every step of the way. We moved into a rental home and my husband started having allergic reactions when he was on the floor playing with our son. We were aware that the previous tenants had cats, but they had cleaned the carpets - so we were surprised that he had a reaction. We learned, after some investigation, that the previous tenants had used a 'dry' cleaning method for cleaning the carpet (ChemDry) and that apparently does not get the dander and pet hair out of the carpet very well. So we contacted 3 firms to get quotes for carpet cleaning. I chose Crystal Carpet Cleaning because their price was good, but I also felt like John, the owner, was the most knowledgable of those I spoke with. I'm thankful I chose them. I had to move the appointment date once, they were very accommodating. The technician was very polite, kind, and very fast. Most importantly, I was AMAZED at the results. Not only is the pet dander gone, but many stains that had been in the carpet when we moved in (which presumably had been treated by ChemDry) were gone! Our lease requires us to clean carpets upon move out and I will be using them again.
