This was the first time I had the carpets professionally cleaned even after living in my home for 14 years. I called John's company and was pleasantly greeted on the phone. I'm a newbie when it comes to carpet cleaning technology. I didn't realize that part of the cleaning machine was on a truck. I have a large home and was initially concerned that the hoses wouldn't reach all the areas. But I was told that unless I live in a high-rise, everything would be ok. John arrived on time was able to use my side driveway with easy access to the water hose bib outside. He had plenty of hose (300 feet) and used about 200 feet in my house. I was very impressed with the care he used while in the house. He wore plastic shoe booties. He placed several plastic corner protectors along the floor/corners where his hoses went. He laid down a protective rug/tarp at the entrance of the door to make sure my hardwood floors stayed nice. One of the rooms that I asked John to clean was my son's "playroom". He is in college now and over the years that room has seen a lot of activity and many stains on the carpet that I simply gave up trying to keep clean. I didn't think much could be done to improve the carpet. But John amazed me. He really knows carpets and the different fibers used and types of stains! I was totally blown away by how clean the carpet ended up. It was like brand new again! I have a long hallway in my upstairs and when John first did the carpets, he mentioned that the hallway carpet would "bunch up" a little bit while it was wet but would settle back down within 24 hours after it dries. When I first saw the waves in the carpet, I was worried. But again, I'm a newbie when it comes to carpet cleaning. And just like John said, the next morning, the carpet has settled back down again and looked perfectly clean as well. After the job was complete, I talked with John and he mentioned he does fabric / upholstery cleaning. So, we scheduled him out again the next week to clean my family room furniture and kitchen chairs/stools. This time, his son and a helper came. And they were very professional and reliable as well. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

Crystal Carpet Cleaners has cleaned my carpet multiple times in the past. They do a great job. Matt came today, arrived right on time, we went over the services for the day and he got to it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had some pet stains that he was able to get out. I'm always amazed how nice it turns out because it's rather old carpet and they make it look like new. The whole process starting with scheduling went very well, and I will use them again.

John Surdi and his son, Connor, provided the service of cleaning the carpets in the lower level of my two-story home including the stairs. They arrived before my scheduled time per my request and upon arrival, they measured the rooms and counted the number of steps to determine the cost. This was the first time I used Crystal Carpet Cleaning and the price was exactly what John estimated via Email when I provided him the square footage of my home. His cost was in the ballpark of other carpet cleaners I used over the past 13 years that I have lived in my home. What impressed me the most was his knowledge of the type of carpet I had in various rooms and how best to clean them due to coffee stains, pet stains and general wear and tear; I have my carpets cleaned twice a year in hopes of prolonging the longevity of them. John and Connor went right to work steam cleaning all the rooms and carefully moving furniture when needed. Unlike other companies I used in past years, I was not "pressured" into purchasing other services like stain guards or solvents for particular stains. My carpets looked phenomenal when they finished and I appreciated the extras such as a bottle of spotting solution and pairs of plastic footies to use if I needed to walk on the carpet before they were completely dry. Both John and Connor took such care and pride in their work and making sure that I was satisfied when they were done. I can guarantee that I will continue to use Crystal Carpet Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. for future carpet cleaning moving forward. They were professional, personable, and did a top-notch job!

I can't imagine working with another carpet cleaning company. Crystal is the best! John, the owner, came to clean all of the carpet in our home, which hadn't been cleaned in many years. He made it look like new! Besides the fact Crystal is just great at what they do, they are simply nice people. Punctual, reasonably priced and excellent service

Crystal Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job cleaning my upholstered chair. Owner John Surdi, is a super nice person, it was a pleasure to have him do work for us once again. Will definitely use their company in the future :)))

The young man who cleaned my carpets was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning'. He worked hard to get the job done well. Unfortunately there were a few spots that came back several weeks after and then the owner came back and thoroughly went over those spots with no extra charge. I did not have any other problems after that. I would and will use them again when it is time to clean my carpets and upholstery.

Matt, the technician was here on time. I expected that he would need to take the two area rugs with him, but he was able to clean them as they lay. I sustained no water damage at all, which was my fear. He also cleaned a sofa, and discounted the price when I said it really wasn't necessary to clean the back. He was friendly, careful of my furniture and woodwork, and worked for about an hour and a half.

John was prompt to return my email. Arrivd promptly as promised. Then completed the job on time. I contacted him about 2 spots. He contacted me within the hour and came back the next morning to remove spots. Very pleased.

Echo others who have used their service - prompt - professional - on time - reasonable cost. Connor gave estimate close to what was provided in email. He explain process and responded to my questions. The carpet looks cleaner now than before. Spring clean-check. I would use them again.

It was exceptional. He was very professional, right on time, and very respectful of my house. He even put guards on the staircase so that his equipment wouldn't damage the stair ballusters. I didn't have to prep the house very much - he was able to lift the furniture and clean all the areas that needed to be cleaned. He explained his process and after I explained that my son had certain allergies, he used a very eco-friendly solution. He also explained everything he was going to do, and that made me feel very confident about his work. He even pointed out that my carpet needed to be restretched. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about carpet in general, as well as the materials. He really won my confidence in carpet cleaning. I'd definitely recommend him to other members!

Conner was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early. He was courteous, measured areas and gave me a price before he started. Carpets clean and dryer than previous company I used. I was very impressed when he came into my office when he was done and had booties on his feet. I was wondering how he was going to come to the other end of the house without walking on my clean carpets with his shoes. (We don't wear shoes in our house.) He also left two sets of booties for my husband and I to wear until the carpets were completely dry.

They do a great job, are very professional and if a stain can be removed they know how to do it.
