I use them once-a-year.

We were very pleased with the quality of work performed. Our carpet looks amazing. He was friendly, on time, and professional. He left booties for us to walk across the wet carpets. He performed the work in under 2 hours. He moved furniture and didn't charge us for it.

They did a very good job. The spots in the carpet were gone after they left. They were on time to the appointment. The workers were all very good that came out.

Fabulous. Water was the best ever and I'd definitely recommend them. Timely, attention to detail, our new carpet cleaners.

The man that came out was very nice, neat, and clean. From start to finish everything went well. He showed up right on time and I had no complaints. He did a very nice job.

They did an outstanding job as usual. They arrived on time and spent extra effort trying to remove pet stains, which they did to my satisfaction. He was professional & friendly and I welcome them back unhesitatingly.

I called for a quote and was floored (pun unintended) at their prices. They charge $0.45 per square foot of carpet or area rug, or over $300 for my three carpeted bedrooms. That's MORE THAN THREE TIMES AS MUCH as the quote I got from Ness Carpet Cleaning (also recommended on Angie's List). Crystal also charges $20-30 per linear foot for sofas and love seats, which comes to $140-210 for a standard 7' (84") sofa, compared to $65 for Ness. Needless to say, we won't be using Crystal for this service.

When the cleaning person showed up, I was surprised to see how young he was (teenage or right in the 20's) - I thought the owner would bring a crew. However I have to say that this young man did a good job. He apparently worked very hard, and did the best he could (some of the stains were not able to be removed completely, which the owner discussed with me ahead of time). There was a visible difference before and after the cleaning. I am glad how it turned out (although I wished all the stains were completely removed).

The technician was prompt on arrival with a call on the day before coming. He went through and upgraded the order to cover rooms that they had not included in their earlier estimate. We also were able to get 10% reduction in bill being Angie's List members and given the size of the order. The Technician moved most of the light furniture such as sofas. The carpets look like new after 5 yrs or no cleaning. We don't use any shoes and the house is pet free. But he wiped out all the tea and coffee stains. He also placed plastic squares below the furniture legs to protect carpets. He left some plastic shoe covers to use while the carpets are wet and a carpet spotting solution for future spills. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service which was much better than another carpet cleaning company we had used 5 yrs ago.

I was able to schedule the cleaning when I first called. I was given an idea of the cost, knowing that a firm estimate would be given when they saw the house. I was able to schedule within a week, even right before the holidays. Tanner was very professional. He cleaned all of the carpets in our house (except for the one room I asked by left undone). He moved small furniture to get under it and also applied Teflon coating. It looked wonderful. I am very pleased with the work.

Overall, I was extremely impressed. In the past I have always rented cleaners from grocery stores and I will never do that again. Not only with the cleaning job good but so was the attitude of the cleaner, Tanner. I am in the middle of a remodeling project and it did not phase Tanner that he would have to work around the construction, my eager Boston Terrier, and my grumpy contractor. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to verify if any paint around the house was fresh and covered up any area just in case.

It went really well. They responded quickly to my email, and let me know the estimated cost. The person who cleaned the carpets, Tanner, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I think he did a great job on my carpets, most of which were quite old. He worked really hard on them to do a good job. I'm very happy with how they turned out, and I thought the price was reasonable.

I called and made an appointment, without asking for an estimate. I had not used this company before, but the Angie's List reports were fine, and helped me decide to use them. Some of the carpets were quite spotted, due to recent work on the house. The cleaner arrived on time, went through the house with me, then went through again to measure, and then gave me the cost. I agreed to this, and he set to work. His name is Wayne, and he has worked for this company for 7 years. He spent 3 hours doing a very thorough job. This is a 2000 sq ft ranch style home, so really not very large. Not all areas are carpeted. The cleaner did spent time on phone calls, but returned to his work promptly. I am pleased with the service. Probably won't use them next year, to save money - since the charges were almost double what I usually pay (although I did have the piece of bedroom carpet done this year, and the sofa.) The sofa was double what I have paid in the past for upholstery cleaning. It was not spot

I called John the owner for an estimate and he came the following week. He arrived on time and measured out the entire area. John was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He wrote out a work order breaking down each room as to square footage and also gave me a brochure to inform me of important issues regarding my cleaning job. We set up the appointment for one week later. Wayne, one of John's employees arrived on time and after seeing the areas to be cleaned, immediately started with the vacuuming. He then pre-spotted and pre-sprayed the most soiled areas before he began shampooing. The whole procedure took about 2-1/2 hours to complete. Wayne was very personable and friendly, and shared some excellent tips on carpet cleaning with me. He left me several pairs of protective shoe covers to wear while the carpet was drying, as well as a bottle of spot cleaner. He didn't try to sell me on more products than what was originally agreed upon.

Scheduling handled very well. The individual who cleaned the carpet was polite and did a great job. Very good value for the cost.

John Surdi is an awesome man who truly cares about people; how refreshing! His pricing was great too.

John came and cleaned the carpets. He was very professional and on time. Our three year old carpet looks new. He did an excellent job. Definitely referring him to my friends and will use him again. Price is very very good too.

EXCELLENT, ON TIME, NEW EQUIPMENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL. CARPETS WERE BADLY STAINED FROM MOVING OUT/IN AND NEARLY ALL THE STAINS WERE REMOVED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I HAVE USED CRYSTAL CARPET CLEANING FOR 12 YEARS AND THEY ARE GREAT. SCHEDULING IS EASY AND CONVENIENT. THE WORKERS ARE POLITE AND VERY TIDY. THEY WORK EFFICIENTLY. MY CARPETS ALWAYS COME OUT CLEANER THAN I THINK THEY WILL. WE HAVE TWO BOYS, A BIG DOG AND A CAT. THE CARPETS ARE USED HARD, BUT CRYSTAL CARPET CLEANING REALLY ALMOST MAKES THEM LIKE NEW. NICE PEOPLE.

THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IS THE BEST QUALITY FOR THE MONEY THAT I HAVE FOUND IN THE SEATTLE EAST SIDE. CLEANS THE CARPETS VERY CAREFULLY AND DOES NOT TRY TO SELL ALL THOSE EXTRAS - NO HIDDEN COSTS. CARPETS ARE CLEANED, SUCTIONED DRIED, AND THEN RAKED TO LIFT UP THE FIBERS ON OUR 17 YEAR OLD CARPETING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
