I was very happy with their work. Their work is high quality, they are conscientious and responsive.

The service tech came on time and first measured the square footage. He cleaned three bedrooms and a hallway. He told me how much the price would be and then prepared the area carefully where his hoses would go. He protected our molding and was careful not to track dirt into our house. He cleaned for about an hour and then cleaned up his equipment. The carpet looks like new!

They spent 4 hours at our house thoroughly cleaning the carpets. They especially paid attention to areas that have been difficult to clean in the past and were able to clean them. They were very professional and punctual.

The experience was great and they came quickly to clean the carpets. I would use them again.

Great! Getting an estimate and making an appointment over the phone was easy. Walter showed up only a few minutes late on a very foggy day, and was courteous, explained everything, and went right to work. The carpets went from stained to looking like new. And the tile floor in the bathroom is so clean! That night, the owner called to follow up with me on a question I had on the tile. I was impressed that he would call in the evening, and we had a nice chat. I feel like this company is now more like a family friend, and will use them again for sure. It's so nice to support a family business who really seems to care about their customers.

I don?t know if the price was good or not but everything else about them was good. I would use them again in the future.

John was a little late for the appointment, but was considerate and called to let me know he was going to be late. On arrival, we walked through the house so I could show him the areas of concern. He provided me with a price for the cleaning that I thought was very reasonable, and proceeded to do a good job cleaning all the carpets in my house.

I decided to go with them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. We made an appointment and they came out and did the job. Everything went pretty good and we would use them again if needed.

We ended up having to do the work ourselves becuase everyone was booked but John was so nice on the phone. He told us as much as he knew about salvaging our carpet and answered our questions and was really a great source of information. He was very professional and helpful even though he wasn't going to make any money off us (this time).

Technician showed up on time, as scheduled, confirmed requirements, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. No complaints!

The $25.00 discount through Angie's List was great! The company kept in contact with us since they were late getting there due to traffic. They were willing to set a different time but there was no need. Once they arrived they not only cleaned our large area rug but also did the hallway for free! Very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent service from the time I called until completion of project yesterday. The owner, John Surdi, is very personable and is all about customer service. He did the estimate prior to the carpet cleaning yesterday so I knew exactly what my cost would be. Walter did the carpet cleaning and did an excellent job - cannot believe the difference in my carpets. John checked in to make sure everything went smoothly - a real class act! Very satisfied customer.

One person did it all! Service was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to really understand and meet our specific time frame and cleaning needs, and the cost was very reasonable.

Dealing with Crystal Carpet was great. The initial phone conversation was pleasant, they arrived on time, did the job as quoted, and did a very good job. I had informed them I intended to use the Angie's list 10% off coupon but was only given $25 off. When I called John to ask about this he immediately agreed to the difference without any question. He then looked into why it happened and let me know. I absolutely believe it was an honest mistake that was made right.

It went very well. John and his associate were very friendly. They wore shoe coverings while in the house and gave us two sets for our use, too.

The cleaner arrived on time, measured the areas, gave me the cost, then began the cleaning process. He worked very thoroughly and carefully- giving extra attention to area in the living room where there was soiled filtration areas. We had already moved everything from the two main areas, except large pieces of furniture. The cleaner did not move anything else, and didn't clean under the chairs or sofa. He completed the work in 2 hours. The room dried fairly quickly- within 24 hours, we were able to replace everything we had moved out. Walter's demeanor and attitude was professional and very pleasant.

It went very smoothly, and I definitely like the result. Since the home was newly purchased and empty, they called us in advance to avoid someone sitting and waiting in empty home. The quality of work is superb, the smell is very faint, and disappeared on the next day. Carpet has dried up completely the next day, just as promised.

Walter arrived an hour earlier than anticipated, ahead of schedule, much to my surprise and delight. He measured the space to be cleaned, confirmed the price, and began work promptly. He was pleasant and friendly, and very professional. He was very thorough and completed the work in about two hours' time. We were very pleased with the results.

Walter called to ask if he could come early because his other appointment canceled. That was fine with us. He was very pleasant and professional. Carpets looked immaculate, he even removed stains that we thought were permanent. We were very happy with his work!

Fantastic work by the technician. The carpets look fantastic and the stairs are like the carpet was just laid. There were a couple of spots that just wouldn't come out but they were lightened enough and I was frankly surprised that even that was accomplished. The carpets look much cleaner and smell much nicer than they did before. Crystal Carpet Cleaning was prompt and very courteous. Plastic booties were left for our use and the carpet dried very quickly so we wound up barely using them. I will be having them come back to do the upstairs as soon as I can.

They were okay, they didn't really remove the dark edges and I ended up going and getting a liquid to solve it myself.
