John arrived at 9AM as scheduled. He looked at the two spots that needed restretching. I had moved some furniture, but not nearly enough. No problem. I moved the books and knick knacks and he managed the heavier items. After restretching two areas, he vacuumed thoroughly and then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new! And an extra perk: John checked out my vacuum cleaner and noticed that both bag and filters needed to be replaced. ( I had been neglecting to do that.) I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning!

I am a repeat customer of Crystal Carpet Cleaning. Both John (owner) and Walter (long time employee) have serviced our home. Both are friendly, highly professional, and do an outstanding job. Crystal Carpet Cleaning may be a bit higher priced than other carpet cleaning businesses, but they are thorough and I have never had any problems with stains or spots reappearing afterwards. I have been very satisfied by their work, and can usually can schedule the cleaning the same week of contact.

I am so happy with the results! I was looking at probably replacing my carpet soon because it was so dirty and stained. High traffic area. After John cleaned it with his high pressure, high heat machine it looks like it did the day it was installed. Perfect. I weighed the cost of renting a machine and doing it myself (as I have done in the past). The cost for Crystal is comparable when you count the rental cost, the soap, stain remover, high traffic treatment, time and energy, fuss and muss, and then waiting for the carpets to dry. This was so much better and superior results that I could not have gotten doing it myself. I highly recommend this company and will only use them in the future.

I mostly communicated with John via e-mail. He was quick to respond and the one time I did talk with him on the phone he was friendly and professional. The carpets, especially on the stairs were very dirty, and Crystal Carpet cleaning cleaned them very well. A detailed report was given with regards to areas where they spent extra time to spot clean areas.

This is the second time we hired them for carpet and first time for tile/grout sealing. The carpet cleaning was excellent leaving my 10 yr carpet looking almost new and fresh. The grout cleaning and sealing was okay. Most of the grout was cleaned and sealed properly, but some sections did have black stains. While I am satisfied with the job, it would have been better to do a review of the sealed areas and stains that could not be removed as was done for the carpet. I would like some tips on how to maintain the sealing as they recommended for carpets. John, the owner, was prompt on scheduling the appointment. He also accomodated our request of doing both the carpet and tile on the same day, saving us time. He personally handled the grout sealing and had Walter do the carpet cleaning. Both were efficient on finishing the job with little to no help from me. Walter was thorough in covering carpets in all the rooms and personally moved a lot of our furniture including a heavy bed to get all nooks and corners as well as under the furniture.He removed most of the stains and informed me about couple of places that were hard to remove. The carpets cleaning was exceptional. He also left behind some shoe covers and a bottle of carpet spot remover. John was thorough in cleaning and sealing the grout and sealed all the areas. He even covered a small counter top area that he had forgotten to include in the initial estimate.Most of the sealing and cleaning was good, especially in our heavily used kitchen where we did see a noticable difference. There were some shower areas with black mildew stains that were harder to removed. John left after his job was done, so I did not get a chance to talk to him. I would have preferred if I had been told about the completion of the grout sealing job with a summary of the work done with some clarification on the areas which remained stained. Both John and Walter were professional, arrived on time and happy to address any of my questions and concerns. A nice gesture was a 'thank you' card that I received from them a few days later.

Our experience with Crystal Carpet Cleaning was great. Walter was on time, and he was very nice and professional. He steam cleaned our carpets, and he removed some stains for us. The price ended up being less than the estimate I was given over the phone. Our carpet has never looked better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a carpet steam cleaning service.

Saw Crystal Carpet Cleaning was rated high on Angie's List. Had a previous quote from another company but wasn't satisfied with the marketing of their services. Called Crystal Carpet and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone. I then scheduled the service and they were able to come out in two days. They were very prompt and took time to do a great job for me. I was very pleased with their kindness and professionalism and the quality of the carpet cleaning was superb! I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again myself. In fact, while the service person was here, I asked for and was given an estimate for upholstery cleaning.

John was on time, the price was a little less than his phone estimate and the carpets are spotlessly clean. I will highly recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning to everyone I know.

Perfectly. The cleaning was excellent. The setup for cleaning and the cleanup after cleaning did absolutely no damage to the house, carpets or furniture. All of the furniture was lifted and put on foam blocks while the last of the dampness left the carpets. The carpets were completely dry in less than a day.

They were good but not cheap. They cleaned the carpet in the two rooms and the hallway. The people who came were very friendly, and I enjoyed talking to them.

Called Tuesday morning and John was able to come out that morning. He carefully went over the areas where our golden retriever had an accident. John did a great job explaining the process and did a complete and thorough job in cleaning the carpets. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone and we will use him for all carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Service provider was fantastic. He was on time (I forgot he was coming and he was great about that; fortunately, I didn't have too much stuff to move and he started upstairs furthest away from door, which gave me time to stay ahead of him). He was courteous and friendly. The carpets looked wonderful when he finished. He reminded me to lock my cat into a room (front door remains open for a while), and he actually did a little extra - I had said 'traffic area only' in the Family Room, but ended up moving out most of the furniture. I offered to pay extra, but he had already written the invoice. So, I will definately become a regular customer. I had used another company for almost 20 years, but the guy who did my carpets was no longer with them and their prices were out of control. So, I have a new carpet cleaning company. I thought the prices were very fair and the quality was exceptional. I really can't say enough good things about this company.

I had to move from one house to another and had to have the carpets cleaned in the house I was leaving. I couldn't be there so left instructions for where I would leave the key. I went back to the home later that night and could see they had been there and left the carpets sparkling. Customer service was excellent from beginning to end and I really appreciated the little extras like thank you notes with the bill and after it was paid. I also bugged them a bunch of times beforehand to ask questions and they were incredibly patient and friendly. I would definitely use this company again without fail.

We called John early in the morning about an emergency cleaning we needed to have done. He was a pleasure to work with and went so far as to reassure us that the this wasn't the first time he had dealt with a problem similar to ours and that he would be out later that morning. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was very professional and did a wonderful job on the carpets. After he finished we visited for a bit and he was very concerned about our dog's health. I won't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

He did an excellet job. I was selling my house and I spilled tomato sauce on the carept as I was trying to move out. He came out on a Saturday night to have it clean for the new buyers.
