The owner, John, performed my service himself. He was friendly, professional and efficient. The cleaning was top notch! It was so good, in fact, that the home owners asked for the contact info so they could use Crystal in the future. I highly recommend Crystal to all of my friends and colleagues!

This is the second time I've used this company and the same person Walter has done the cleaning. I never think it's going to come out as good as it does, but it does. Walter made it a personal mission to get rid of some of my stuborn pet spots, he even came back after the fact when a couple spots had surfaced after the carpet dried. I was very pleased with the results on the carpet and they were easy to work with, I was able to get them scheduled within a week, and the follow up visit was within 24 hours of me calling. I will use them again.

The price charged by them was in the $200 range. I liked their service. I live in a condo and so, they couldn?t use their more powerful equipment where I live. I had a very dirty carpet and he did a great job with what he had. I intend to use their services in the future too.

I have used them only once. They cleaned the main carpets in the hall and did a very nice job. I thought they were very efficient and had great equipment. They didn't try to add on anything. They took their time and did a good job. They were in and out quickly. I was happy.

It's not easy to impress me but man, did Crystal Carpet cleaning do a GREAT job! I have 2 kids they did quite the job on making a mess on our carpet! I have read the reviews form Angie's List and picked Crystal Carpet cleaning service from their excellent reviews. John was on time and very professional. Super friendly and seems like a very honest, hard working guy. He spent a good 2 1/2-3 hours and my sofa and carpet they look as good as new! I will not hesitate to use Crystal Carpet in the future! Thanks John for the excellent work! Oh! And he left his fan at my place so the carpet will dry faster. Since he lives close by he said he can pick up later. Now that is service!

They came out in a day?s time and did a good job. They were professional and seemed to know, what they were doing. I will use their services in the future, too.

They arrived on time and did a really good job. The carpet was in pretty bad shape and it looked spotless when I came back home. I really liked their service. I had a chat with the cleaner in the morning and he was a very friendly guy. He told me what he was going to do and walked me through the costs for the work. He was really upfront about everything. He had already left by the time I got home, but he had left me a thank you note. Overall, I am very pleased with the job done. I plan to use him in the future and recommend him to my friends as well.

The worker arrived early-but called first to be sure it was ok. He was pleasant and polite and clean cut. He worked steadily and did a really great job. My carpet is old and light colored and had significant darkening around the edges. He got the edges cleaner than any orther company had ever done before. He did not try to sell me a bunch of upgrades or other services which was very nice. I had always used cleaners with coupons before and they always tried to talk me into duct cleaning or funiture cleaning. These guys were a little bit more than I usually pay, but I am much more satisfied. I will use them again. A very good job.

Walt did an excellent job. Showed up on time. Did the work requested in a professional manner. Worked very diligently to remove a chocolate stain on the sofa and was ultimately successful in doing so. Charged a fair price. I plan to use Crystal Carpet Cleaning again next time.

They came when they needed to. They also cut a piece of carpet for a door rug for free when I asked if the knew anyone who could. They are just nice people. Their prices are reasonable and professional. They did an excellent job.

The service person was prompt, pleasant, gentlemanly, and thorough. He took more time than anticipated to ensure that the job was done well, and maintained the price quoted. He was careful to ensure that he did not damage any walls, floors or rugs with the cleaning equipment. I highly recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning's service, and plan to use them again in the future.

John was super nice, very attentive and willing to work around some other contractors we had in the house at the time. They did a fantastic job; so good that our general contractor who was there and saw the end result, asked me who did it and can he have their number to pass along to his clients. HIGHLY recommend John!

John arrived on time,, and promptly looked over the work to be done and gave me an estimate. In this case, I had the back bedrooms, living room, dining room, and family room carpets cleaned. John put styrofoam squares under all the furniture to protect the carpet, and put guards on all the wall corners where the hoses might touch. He took off his shoes to do the work and left me with paper booties to wear while the carpet dried. In addition, he left some spot cleaner that I could use in the future. After he finished, he ensured that I was happy, picked up everything, and left a very happy customer. I use his services about twice a year.

I was in a hurry and they came on a short notice. He did a fabulous job. Our carpet was absolutely filthy because of our Labrador, and the job ended up costing us $250, but he did a fabulous job. He cleaned most of the carpet cleaning and also some area rugs. He seemed to be very ethical, personable, and did an excellent job. He made it look like new. He was very thorough, and we were very happy with the quality of work he did.

Excellent experience from START to FINISH. If all companies were as well run as Crystal, it would be a dream. They got out stains on my carpet even they initially were skeptical of removing. I highly recommend this company.

Searched on Angie's and spoke to few neighbors before deciding to contact Crystal. Tried calling their office on Saturday morning and left a voice message. Later in the day, I visited their website and submitted the contact form. John responded the same day and was able to complete the booking on email the next day. Walter arrived 5minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Took him about 45min to give the estimate, discuss the options, unload the tools/hoses and start cleaning. The estimate appeared pretty fair and Walter didn't squeeze every square foot cleaned into the estimate. Walter was here for a total of 4hrs and should have taken about 1.5hrs for the tiles. He was very professional and detailed in his job. Can't comment about the level of cleaning, but the carpet does appear clean. I would certainly contact them again when I need the carpets cleaned again. To Do before : Do your best possible and detailed vacuum, before the job starts.

John arrived on time, and was very professional throughout the process. He was conscientious about protecting my furnishings, and was very pleasant to do business with. This is a family-owned company that has been in business for many years, and they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

They were able to fit me in on the day I requested. The carpet was cleaned very well and the cleaner left a bottle of spot remover to help me clean future spots. I was pleased with the work and the price.

My white carpets were black with soil and covered with pet stains. John got them clean again. It was amazing. He was so very nice! We will have him back.

Crystal was willing to take the job on such short notice. John, the owner, was friendly and informed me that my carpets were in great condition and would last at least 7-10 more years. John, the owner, gave me a phone estimate based on my square footage and my description of the carpet. He was pretty accurate per the cost of the actual service. He asked me about the location of the unit and the possibility of using the truck mounted cleaner. We spent a good 15 minutes discussing the job, the location of the unit and what the work would entail and the expected result of the work. Walter, his service technician, came out on the time on the day of service and was professional and knowledgeable about the work. He took measurements which he used to provide a written estimate which he shared with me prior to starting the work. The work was done promptly and completed within 3 hours (which was the estimated time). Walter gave me a spot cleaner for the carpet and a pair of booties for inspecting the unit. Nearly all of the spots and stains came out, which is completely impressive. My partner and I fully expected to have to replace the carpet, but thought that we would give Crystal Carpet Cleaning a try. I would definitely recommend this service!

They came on time and did a great job. We had those pesky "soot" marks along the sides of the carpet and around the vents. They were able to get most of it out, which was great since we had not had the carpet cleaned in about five yrs. The work took about three hours and about 24 hrs. to dry. Would definately use again.
