John Surdi (owner) was a delight to work with. He was very personable and professional. He was accommodating to our schedule and needs. The carpet looks and feels clean and fresh. He worked extra hard to get out some stubborn stains, which was much appreciated. From now on, John and Crystal Carpet Cleaning is my go to for carpet cleaning. Excellent and would highly recommend them.

The carpets in my townhome are 8+ years old and were VERY stained. Four years ago I had them professionally cleaned by a well-known national company, but many stains remained. I wasn't ready to spend a lot of money replacing my carpets right now, so I decided to have them professionally cleaned again. So when I hired Crystal Carpet Cleaning, I wasn't expecting to restore my carpets to "like new" condition. I am amazed at how clean my carpets are now. Apart from the wear of many years of use, my carpets look beautiful. 99% of the stains are gone. Here's what I really liked about my experience with Crystal Carpet Cleaning: It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. The quality of the work was excellent. The price charged for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again for future needs.

The carpet needs to be replaced is white and 15-20 years old. However, the cleaning was so successful that I will put off replacing for several years more. Much better than expected.

Originally contacted the company in September. Because of mutual scheduling conflicts, we agreed to wait until early November. John promptly called me the second week of November. I had misunderstood . . . he was ready to come over; but I thought we were just going to arrange an apptment. Not a problem. John cheerfully rescheduled. He arrived on time. Kept to his estimate. Over the years I've had three other cleaning services. . . none were as efficient and capable as Crystal (in fact, one was just terrible). John even managed to remove some soil stains around the edges of the carpet that none of the other services had been able to do (or tried to do). When I returned home, I found wonderfully cleaned carpets. . plus, John had moved back furniture items where he could figure out where they belonged. I also had placed some pieces in the garage. Before leaving, he thoughtfully moved items out of the way so that I could park without getting out of my car. All in all, an entirely satisfying experience.

Matt called, attend and asked if he could begin a few minutes early. He cleaned carpeting through out house & done upholstery. He was very professional & accommodating.

Last night my dog got into something she shouldn't have and got sick all over our carpets. I called Crystal Carpet Cleaning this morning at 8:30 and they were here by 11! After about an hour the stains were all completely gone. I couldn't be happier with the results. To boot, John was incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend his service. We just moved to the area and will be using him exclusively for all our carpet cleaning needs going forward.

John was incredibly thorough: vacuumed before steam cleaning even though I vacuumed before he got here. Did a beautiful job, way exceeded my expectations in cleaning a heavily soiled and stained carpet. Finished by brushing the entire area to bring up the nap. Really happy and way less than I expected to pay.

Having reviewed their website, I was fairly certain that this was the company I would select. I then joined Angies List and this confirmed to me that Crystal Carpet Cleaning was indeed a great choice as their reviews were excellent. I e-mailed John Surdi, the owner, with some questions and the carpets that I wanted to be cleaned and he promptly replied to my e-mail answering all of my questions in detail and gave me an accurate quote. John arrived on time to perform the cleaning and was very professional, courteous, friendly and clearly knowledgeable in his field. He took great care to protect our home by using floor mats and wall corner protectors. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and removing most of the stains, including a yellowish hue from underneath an area rug. He also cleaned some of our upstairs landing which was a nice surprise. He groomed the carpets afterwards and left me with some booties, a bottle of carpet cleaning solution in addition to giving me some general stain remover tips. Very professional! The scheduling of the service and the actual cleaning were done timely. John arrived on time and shows refreshing respect for the house and sensitivity to that his presence is an intrusion. The work was done in the amount of time he said it would take. The carpets look great!
