CRYSTAL CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION INC

It went very, very well and surpassed my expectations. John came out to clean my upstairs carpet on a home I was moving into. I thought the carpet was fairly clean - aside from a blue ink stain - but after John left I became aware of just how dirty it was! Additionally, I didn't expect much of the blue ink stain to come out but John got it down to what I would call a "discoloration". I also had John out to stretch out a ripple in the carpet that was situation on a seam in a doorway. John called out the different ways that he was going to approach it; he ended up flattening a number of ripples and without having to open the seam. Floor looks brand new now!

John did an amazing job cleaning carpets we thought needed replacing. They look like new. He was able to remove all of the stains and saved us a lot of money.

I was a little shocked at first at how much it cost to clean my carpet, but it was worth it. Matt did a fabulous job. He was right on time and was efficient and professional. I would definitely use Crystal Carpet Cleaning again.

John arrived promptly and did an excellent job removing blood from my couch. It looks like new! Very professional and thorough.

This was a simple and well done job. we emailed, scheduled, Matt arrived on time, asked us if we had any special concerns and went to work. Matt dealt nicely with our dogs who weren't very happy to have a stranger in the house. He made friends with them. We chatted for a few minutes and he was on his way.

Great. They were professional and thorough, and got out the stains and left us with soot cleaner if we found any more stains. The best thing was I called at 11:00am and they sent Matt over at 2:00pm on the same day.

The gentleman from Crystal Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Inc was on time, and explained the procedure. He answered my questions and did an excellent job. He even left a bottle of cleaning solution for future stains.

Crystal Carpet Cleaning and Restoration came out and cleaned my carpet and treated it. We got a new puppy; and he treated the carpet because of the pet order to make sure the smell was completely gone; he sprayed it with Teflon so the stains will come out easier. He was efficient and professional, I will continue to use them and I would recommend them.

Walter was prompt and courteous. He did a quick walkthrough to assess the job and set clear expectations for what I could expect. I had some areas with pet stains and and a hallway with heavily ground in dirt. There was also an area where the carpet was discolored from chemical exposure and grease spots from a bicycle. Walter warned me from the start that some of the stains would not come out but his results exceeded my expectations. The pet stains all came out as well as the grease spots. Even the hallway looked presentable again. Even though I don't think I quite met the service requirement, he still deducted $25 for my Angie's List membership. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the results.

Fine, though since I have a condo, they couldn't use the truck but had to use a portable cleaner

John the owner did the job with his son helping. We bought a foreclosed house where there had been a ton on dog urine stains. John's experience and equipment saved us $20k in carpet replacement. He got practically 100% of the stains out. The carpet is beautiful now. They were on time and did a great job. If you have problem carpet stains, these guys can fix it. I'm very happy. I was skeptical when John told me during the estimate that he could get the st ains out, but he lived up to his word. Great Job

The overall experience was good and I will use them again in the future.
