John on time, thorough & friendly.

Great! They were on time, friendly, thorough, and price was reasonable for amount of work they had to do.

John did a fantastic job, removing many stains I'd expected to be permanent. While he warned that many of the pet stains might not be removable, in the end all but a couple were gone. - Despite calling Crystal Carpet on very short notice at ~9am, John arrived exactly on time at noon on the same day - He quickly calculated the square footage, gave me a quote, and began the cleaning - In addition to a very thorough job on the cleaning, he went above and beyond: - He identified two different rodent problems in the house - a mouse hole in a closet and rats in the garage - and gave me suggestions for dealing with it. - The carpet had come loose near the wall in several places - even though that wasn't part of the quote, he re-stretched the carpet into place. - He protected various wall corners with plastic guards to avoid scuffing the paint with the hoses - Before leaving, he left booties so I could walk on the carpet without leaving marks and a bottle of spot cleaner in case I later need it Top notch work and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely go with Crystal again.

From the moment I emailed John via Angie's List, he was responsive, professional and helpful. The carpet measured much less than my estimate to him, so a smaller job than anticipated. He did an excellent cleaning, in and out in 90 minutes at my request. My big dog + cream pile carpet can be a challenge to keep pristine! Exceeded my expectations.

Matt arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. Our light colored carpet is now cleaner than it has been in years, and Matt got stains out that other carpet cleaners could not remove up to several years ago. Crystal Carpet Cleaning is the only carpet cleaning company that I will use in the future, and I will recommend them to anybody who needs their carpet cleaned.

The experience went really well. John came by to clean the carpet and our microfiber couch. It was very easy to make an appointment and he arrived right on time. He started with the couch, and it came out great. Then he moved on to the carpet downstairs. While he was working on the carpet, I noticed that he had gotten some liquid on our area rug upstairs when he was cleaning the couch (one of his tools had an unknown leak that got through the protective pad he had put down). When John was done, I asked if I could get a discount on cleaning the rug at some future time since he had stained it a bit. He agreed without hesitation, and was bothered by the stains. He promised the rug would be back in a week at a discount, but then called the next day saying he had worked on it the night before, dried it all night, and wanted to bring it back that day without any charge. We were really impressed by John's customer service and professionalism. He clearly wants to do his job right and keep his customers. We've hired him before and will definitely hire him again.

Matt arrived as scheduled, introduced himself, explained the process, measured the area and provided a price, then proceeded with the work. He used a van-mounted unit with hoses and laid padding on the hardwood floor beneath the hose for protection. The whole process took about an hour and a half (plus or minus). He was very professional and personable.

John was very prompt in replying to our inquiry and followed up with an email in addition to the phone call. They were quite flexible with scheduling. When they had a last minute cancellation, John called to see if I'd like the earlier slot. Turned out to be a good thing b/c I think the whole thing took longer than they'd planned. We were really impressed with how much he was able to get out of the carpet! We just bought the home and had thought we were going to need to replace the carpet nearest the garage but with what he was able to do, I think we'll be able to live out the full-life of the carpet. Yay! In the end, I was a little surprised how much it cost, but I think that's a matter of my naiveté than anything else. I felt like it was a fair price especially compared with others that seemed higher. Oh and John was super nice...it's always a pleasure to work with folks like John.

John Surdi came on time & charged the expected rate. The light carpets were restored from a year of hard use. These old carpets look nearly new. Crystal Carpet have been cleaning my rugs since 2004.

Matt came right on time and did a fantastic job. He was polite and efficient. Matt went out of his way to move a couple of furnitures to make sure the area is clean. I have two a dogs that constantly bring dirt in from the back yard and I was almost certain I needed to replace all the carpet in the house. When Matt left, the carpet looks brand new. Thank you! I will definitely use the company again and recommend them to others.

I wanted to have the air ducts and carpets cleaned prior to moving in. John recommended a great air duct cleaner and coordinated the appointment so that it could be all done on the same day. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. There were some stains that I did not think could be removed and I was planning on replacing the carpet but now it looks as good as new. I was amazed. They do a quality job. Highly recommended.

Everything goes just fine with this company. I used them last year and am going to use them again today. Last year they came out the next day when I needed to have carpets cleaned. They are a family owned company and are very accomodating. They provide a thorough job and are honest. The price above was for a house over 1,000 sq. ft.

They did an excellent job. Although John was a little late, he called ahead to let me know he was running behind. He was professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend their services.

I just couldn't believe that John could get the dirty spots out and the carpet look like brand new carpet, eventhough he did warn me that dog urine might not come out and the stain might not come our as well. I just said to do his best. He was working so hard; like he was going to the gym, to try to do his best to make the carpet look great for us. It really show that he care about the job and customers. I am so ..so happy with how the carpet turn out. He is really good at what he does.

I had my vintage Persian rug cleaned. They did a great job, were very personable and prompt. Got the smells out of the rug ,too.

John came over, on time, was friendly! He cleaned the carpets in about 2 hours, charged exactly what he quoted, and even tuned up my vacuum out of the kindness of his heart. Carpet looks amazing!!

What a great experience! The scheduling was easy, John showed up when expected, and the results were wonderful. Our cleaning lady came a couple of days later and was so impressed she immedately asked for John's name and number.

Office contact was polite and responsive. Appointment was scheduled quickly. Matt was assigned for the cleaning. He arrived at the scheduled time. We did walk through the house and he explained the process he would use for the cleaning. The cleaning met expectations and Matt did a professional job.
