John was careful to put up buffers and so his equipment would not ding wood floors or walls. Provided us with complimentary spot cleaner and moisture proof booties and so we could use the stairs while the carpet was drying. I mentioned that I've had trouble with our vacuum and John offered to take a look at it for me at no charge. John is professional and a really nice guy. I will definitely use this company in the future.

John was great! He showed up on time. Was pleasant and did estimate upon seeing what we needed. Answered questions & got right to work. Carpet looks wonderful. When setting up service, phone agent over estimated cost. Ask them to check with John.

The company had me scheduled for a day price to what was a my calendar. They rescheduled me right away, Should up on time and did a good job of cleaning.

John showed up on time, on budget, and did a great job! very happy with results, even did a little extra work on some areas. Very friendly, very responsive, and very happy with results. We were going to buy new carpet, but feel like we have brand new carpet in place now after his cleaning! Ashamed to say that we suffer through two cats that choose to ruin our life by desicrating our carpets. We had to get these cleaned or replaced and other than leaving us with two cats, John's service was perfect, and our carpet looks brand new again! I looked for "cat removal" on Angies list, but this was the second best choice!

From the phone call to schedule the appointment, all the employees at Crystal are professional, friendly, and prompt. John arrives exactly on time, assesses the spots that need more attention, gives me the price based on the square footage and begins work. All said and done so quick it is unbelievable! The carpets look amazing!

Matt from Crystal Carpet Cleaning performed the service. He cleaned the traffic areas in my master bedroom, the entire carpet area in my two children's bedrooms, the stairs, and the hallway. He did a very good job and told me if any stains reappear that I should call the office and he would return to work on them. A few stains did reappear and he was able to get them out.

John Surdi (owner of CO) arrived on time was friendly and professional and cleaned our carpet very well.

I had a few rooms of carpet needed to be cleaned so I decided to outsource it. John showed up on-time and dealt with a difficult, winding house. He happily did the work and took his time to do it right, not just rush through the job and and take off. He was very careful and successful in not damaging anything. I definitely got my money's worth. He probably spent about 4 hours on the job.

We had some spots that kept re-surfacing in the kids playroom after several professional cleanings. John said he's confident he could get them out, or he won't charge us. He cleaned the house, got some spots out from other places we didn't know you could clean, then did a great job on the playroom, but some spots came back in a weaker/small form. He came again at no charge, took on the challenge, and got them out. Amazing job. Highly recommended.

Contacted and setup appt easily. They arrived and early and cleaned carpets in a couple hours. Were very nice and friendly. Will use them again in the future.

We employed crystal carpet cleaning for cleaning approximately 800sq.ft of carpet.Brandon showed up right on time and did an excellent job cleaning up the carpet and a couple of rugs as well. The entire job took 3 hrs. He did miss couple of spots which we saw only late after he left but on the whole, i would say he did an excellent job cleaning up significant dirt.We also had tough stains on the carpet which he removed nicely. He also cleaned up a couple of area rugs as well. Though the job was nicely done i felt its slightly over-priced especially for rugs (cost close to $80 for two rugs).

Great overall. Very gracious and considerate of our needs.Carpets looked great after wards.

John (the owner) did an excellent job getting out the grime and stains. I was seriously considering replacing the carpet due to age (12 years), but it looks really good now. Looks like I can postpone replacement a little longer.
