John was awesome. We just moved into a house, which once the previous owners had moved out, it was apparent that the carpet needed to be re-stretched in some areas. We let John know this a couple of days before the service and he helped take care of this prior to the cleaning. He did a great job, the cleaning went great. We requested the green cleaning service (as we have a baby), and the house/carpet smelled fresh afterwards, but there was no perfume or other scents. We were very happy with the service John provided, would absolutely use him again!

The owner arrived 10 minutes early and was friendly, courteous and professional. While he was clear that some of the stains would probably not be removed - all but one are essentially gone! We are very pleasantly surprised with the results. We are going to get new carpets for part of our home but now are in no rush. Already feels like we have new carpeting.

I have white carpets that were dirty and had some pet stains. I was afraid I was going to have to replace them. I had John clean them today and they look beautiful. I am having them come back to do the rest of my house. It was such a pleasurable experience. I am now a customer for life and I will be recommending Crystal Carpet Cleaning & Restoration from now on.

Our light color carpet hadn't been cleaned for awhile and there were some stained areas. We also had two chairs cleaned, one of which was very soiled. John took extra care to clean the stains and I was amazed that he was able to get those areas so clean. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the job and will definitely use Crystal Carpet Cleaning again.

They did a great job. The rep came in, crawled all over the floor with a black light to find every last little spot and did a very thorough job of getting all the stains and odor out of the carpet. I would definitely use this company again.

The two workers from Crystal Carpet Cleaning showed up precicely on time and ready to work. I took them through the fairly unique situation that I presented them with - I live in an old Catholic seminary - and, aside from understandable curiosity towards the building's history - were more than happy to scale the stairs with their hoses and get to work. The carpets in the unit I am renting were incredibly stained after poor maintanence for nearly five years, and the two couches inside were stained with god knows what. Everything came out perfectly, I was stunned at how nice they made the place look.

John and his coworker arrived just before the scheduled time and went over the cost for the entire job. While I was a bit surprised by the cost to clean our two sofas, I didn't do enough prior research to know if it was high or reasonable. The whole job took approximately 3 hours and they were able to get out all but a few tough stains (which I didn't expect them to be able to get out). Overall, they were very professional, on time, and efficient with their time.
