Creating Interiors

Francesca staged our house for sale and we had 2 full-price offers in the first 3 days!!! Francescaknew exactly what to do to make our house look amazing. People who have been to our house many times did not recognize our furniture.She told us what to store away and where to put the remaining pictures etc. Also, she looked through my things to find pieces that were just right for staging. All I had to buy were some bedding and towels and plants. She is delightful to work with, flexible and creative and she really understands the psychology of a house buyer. In her first visit, Francesca went through our house with us and told us what to keep in the house and what we should take away. As she went, she told us where to position the remaining furniture, pictures, decorative pieces and how to set the kitchen table. She opened my cabinets looking for pieces to use for staging. So, most of the staging was done with our one things. She also told me what color bedding to buy for the master, what color towels and how many for each bathroom, pillows for the couch and plants. Then, after we did the work to pack stuff up and get it out of the house (big job after 27 years!), Francesca came back and placed our furniture and everything "just so".
