About us

We're a family owned business since 1989. We've been in the industry for 30 years. We stand behind what we do - when we leave, your carpets will be as clean as they can possibly be. However, if there's an accident in a reasonable amount of time after we clean, feel free to call us and we'll take care of it at no charge. If another appointment is scheduled within the next 6 months, we'll clean up any accident to your carpets within that time period, free of charge, no matter how often it happens. (If that appointment is cancelled, we will bill for each visit - but no one has ever cancelled). Ask about our Referral Program.

Good work and I would call again. The job was efficently completed that day. I have'nt had much experience with carpet cleaning until this time so I have no comparisons to make. Owner suggested carpet cleaning yearly to maintain carpet wear long-term. He did complement me on getting the "stuff" off the floor which made it easy for them to manuver the equipment and get the job done.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpet in most of house and cleaned an area rug. Used material to protect wood floors and doorways from hot tubes throughout house. Very friendly and easy to communicate with both to setup appointment and answering questions during cleaning. Warned me that they may not be able to remove some pet stains, and in fact, one became more apparent after the carpet dried. Haven't tried to remove it with household rug cleaner yet as it is in an under-used room.

From first phone call to completion all was professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in two rooms and extra area rug. Two service personell came out and did a prompt thorough cleaning. Would definately use again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
