The good: 1. The inspector is very responsive and returns text messages right way, 2. We had some questions, and they are pretty patient and responsive to our questions, and There are several bad things we observed: 1. They didn't bring tall enough ladder on the day of inspection, so they end up just observe the roof from distance, and cannot give us an accurate estimate of the state of the roof. As a result, we have a roofing company later told us that the roof is in bad shape, and whole roof is due for replacement. An extra 10000 on the cost. 2. Leaked toilet was not observed. 3. The company was on the expensive side of the service, but we were thinking that they were providing 200$ handyman credit, so we thought that's worth it, it turns out they just subsidize 25$ per visit until the 200$ is used up, and each handyman visit, you are still responsible for 60/hour, this credit become a total scam. Overall, I will never go with this company again.

I called Mark on a Sunday afternoon hoping for a Monday home inspection. He not only answered his phone, he was also willing to accommodate us for the following day. Mark was incredibly thorough and professional during the inspection. He was always available for explanations and suggestions. Our final report was available to following day (pictures included). He made himself available after the inspection as well for follow up questions, referrals, etc. I highly reocmmend Mark for your home inspection...you will not be disappointed!!

It has been a really good experience. I got multiple quotes and they were pretty much average with regards to cost. They provided good service and did whatever I expected them to do.

Mark thoroughly checked all of the standard big things, and patiently let me follow him around the house so I didn't miss a thing. My realtor noticed a squeaky floor board after he had left. He came back a day later to take a quick look at that as well.

The house was old but the features inside were new. He spotted a problem with the gas furnace installation and went on to find the oil tank which 5 years prior some other inspector had completely missed. He found problems in the crawl space and could explain why it happened (construction practices of the early 60s), and how it could be fixed.
