Exceptional craftsmanship on the recovery and restoration of the hardwood floors located in my personal historic home (American Craftsman -circa 1900). Rich is a true professional who cared enough to ensure the salvage of the original hardwood flooring and wonderful restoration that anyone would be proud of in their home! Courteous and professional, timely, reasonably priced and proud of his craft. I highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. but lucky I found this early. We scheduled an appointment 4 days prior, accommodated his schedule, even I had to get up very early to beat the 405 traffic and take the morning off to be at the house. 30 minutes before the appointment I called Rich and he completely forgot, not only he was unwilling to make this work, he was very rude with 'You will have to find someone else'. Very disappointing but I am glad I found he was unprofessional before I hire him. It's not about him missing scheduled appointment, but the way he handled it.

Can?t say enough about the professionalism and detailed work of these guys. Not only did install our hardwood floors they also installed our French Doors and a new front door! When installation of the floors began, they quickly identified an issue with the millwork of the hardwoods (they we improperly cut), stopped work, and told us so could immediately determine the next steps. Once we determine what we wanted to do, they worked with us to return the old hardware floors, then install the new ones (over the weekend!) so that we could keep our install moving forward! We had one complaint about a visible piece of hardwood and they easily removed and replaced it with a much better piece of wood. In addition, in only a matter of hours, they beautifully installed trim in all rooms required according to our specifications! We highly recommend using Callison for hardwood installation! Rich Callison and his crew did an excellent job. From start to finish, everything was on time and well done. Our timing had to work as we had rented some storage for furniture and needed to get back in our house within a certain time period. There was good communication with estimates, dates for starting and ending the job, and questions about floor care. I would definitely use them again.
