Description of Work: Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a company that should be customer service based. Waiting a week to receive a phone call was the norm and then you just received a line of BS. Would not recommend this company to anyone, absolutely the worst!

+ -1 moreThey gave me two slots to be here today at 11:30. I received a call at 11:20 or 11:25 saying he was going to be an hour late. We asked to get a call 20 minutes later for an update, but we were unable to get any call back. We waited an 1:05 and he never showed up. I came to find out that his cell phone died on his way there and he was trying to find a power cord for it. Our real estate agent and I, left him messages. We never received a call back. It's been a complete lack of professionalism. They have tried to reschedule because he was unable to get out to the location or contact us back. On my way to the appointment, I went one stop farther than he did and I was able to make it to the appointment on time without a problem an there was no traffic on either side of the freeway on my return trip into town. We made multiple attempts to contact them, and I talked to his secretary a few times, but never to him after the initial call. Now I just don't want anything to do with them.
Description of Work: I set up an appointment for them to give me an estimate on a roofing.
