+ 0 moreThey are fabulous. I just really appreciated everything about him. He was very professional. All the subcontractors that he brought into my house did quality work and I don’t have any problems communicating with them. It was a good job. It's hard because I have a prior relationship with him, Ive seen his work before and I knew customers that he had worked with before so I didn't get a lot of other pricing except that he wasn't the cheapest. I don't have anything to compare it to.
Description of Work: I have used Bradford Construction. He did a major remodel and he was just finished a couple of weeks ago.

+ 10 moreBradford Construction did an excellent job on installing our new vinyl fence just as he has always done exceptional work for us for many years.
Description of Work: Bradford Construction most recently installed a brand new vinyl fence around our backyard round garden (approx. 40 feet in diameter). Brad took out the 30 year old fence removed the concrete and wooden fence and installed a high quality vinyl fence with ball caps on the posts. This is Brad's first vinyl fence installation and he did a beautiful job. He was also very respectful and disturbed the plantings as little as possible! Brad Jacobs is Bradford Construction and he has done numerous jobs for us since 1992. He excels at everything he does and is the perfect contractor--always reliable, extremely knowledgable with much experience and is a real pleasure to work with. He has tackled so many different types of projects: building a bathroom addition, remodeling two bathrooms and our kitchen, added built-in bookcases and new mantle for our living room, interior painting, wallpaper removal, drywall repair, plumbing and electrical repair, built a magnificent potting shed from pouring the concrete slab to framing, insulating, wiring, lighting, built-in shelves and drawers, tiled the floor, hung knotty pine on the walls, built a cute cupola with weathervane on top as well as roofed it and installed all windows, doors, and skylights himself, tiled the floor, installed the countertops, etc. Brad's versatility and knowing his own strengths makes him an invaluable contractor. We have recommended his work to several friends who have had Brad do many jobs for them for years. Once you hire him and see how much he is capable of doing--he is always the first contractor you will want to consult.
