We looked around in our area and couldn’t find what we wanted. A friend used their services several years ago and was happy with them so we found them online. They came out and gave us an estimate for exactly what we wanted. The pool has a lifetime warranty and it even transfers to my children. The subcontractor came out and put the pool up in less than four hours. They did a good job.
Description of Work: They installed an above ground 24 foot pool in backyard.

They have a commercial where for $299 the customer must prepare the sight but they will come and install an Econoline pool free of charge. We wanted to get my mother a pool because she just had a stroke and we wanted her to do some hydrotherapy and get her out in the pool. The first thing they wanted to know was where I lived, and I explained I was going to purchase it and put it on my parents property. The person I was on the phone with, Paul, said they could only do business with us if it is the homeowner. I let them know we would take care of the setup and installation and I wanted it shipped to my parents home or delivery address. Paul, said they couldn't do it without a technician. I called back and got someone else named Terry (or Terrance) who told me the same thing, and he said he couldn't do business with us and hung up the phone on me. I called back a third time and the person on the line wouldn't even identify themselves. I asked if we could do business and they said goodbye and hung up the phone. I let them know numerous times no one was allowed on my parents private property and that we would take care of the installation and everything. With both individuals they insisted that a technician would need to come to my parents property, and I explained no one was allowed on their property. I explained all I wanted was the $299 pool kit and nothing more, and they said no. They kept going back to saying they had to send a technician. I told the last individual that I wanted the pool kit and nothing more and could we do business and he said no and just hung up. The entire operation just from speaking to them on the phone seemed like they were not interested in selling a pool but sending a technician to upsell. I felt more like I was in a predatory situation than actually purchasing a pool, especially when I repeated that all I wanted was the pool and they just wanted to send someone to my parents home even when I said no one was allowed. they would not move past that.
Description of Work: I contacted them about purchasing a pool from them.
