general junk pick up - very timely, called with status when traffic was bad, very fast, helpful (re: paint disposal), actually tried to save me money by having me take the paint instead of them taking it. Fabulous! Had used competitor years ago and price was so ridiculous I never went back. These guys are AWESOME.

They were late, but called me to keep me updated so it wasn't a problem.

They are great. They are very good at what they do. They are very thorough as well.

It turned out great. When I first started using junk removal outfits I used a different company and the prices were a lot higher than this company. I found Big Haul Junk Removal and had used them in the past. They are very nice, accommodating, and careful. They are very considerate and the prices seemed more reasonable than other hauling places.

They were friendly and were easy to schedule with. They showed up on time and did a great job overall.

We sent an e-mail request to Big Haul and received an estimate and confirmed the appointment on the same day. On the service day, Big Haul called us ahead of time to expect their arrival, and when they arrived, they asked questions about the items to be moved. They were friendly, courteous and professional. After all the items were removed, the driver explained the cost basis in detail and the pricing for removing the items. We will definitely call Big Haul again for future service needs!

I was absolutely bawled over. They were so amazing. They came exactly when they said they would and they called me before saying they were on the way. I did not believe that they would be able to pick up everything. Not only did they pick up everything, it was a repulsing job, they worked very fast. The entire garage was filled with boxes that heaven knows what and they picked it all up. They got it all in their truck. It included a big sofa from the basement and some other things. In the process, they regularly consulted me, "you want us to take this, we charge $10 extra for this. Maybe you'd rather do this yourself." I mean they were so careful about my concerns. They left the whole place just very neat and clean and empty. It took one hour to do the whole thing, which was just amazing. I was very, very pleased with them. I would say that they could not do better. These people are excellent in every respect.

They were really good. Earlier I had used another company but these guys charged me less money. What I liked the most about them was that they had separate place to haul the junk and a separate place for the items that were going to be donated. That made a big difference and it was rolled in into one thing and that stood out.

They responded almost instantaneously to our call. They scheduled a pick-up the same day and were on time. They were quite flexible in that they took anything and everything and did so in a pleasant manner.

I called Big Haul yesteday and left a message, which was promptly returned. They said they could be out today at 10:30 am to clear out the stuff. They gave me an estimate on the phone based on my description and I think this was a bargain. This would have taken a at least two trips in a full size pickup. They were polite and efficient and called me at 10:30 sharp to tell me they were a few minutes away. This is a family-run business and I couldn't be happier with how they operate.
