+ 0 moreThey came right out when everyone else was busy...then I found out why. They came out to auger our kitchen sink and were here for less than 30 minutes for a charge of $447.22 and when the problem was back again the next week, they would not come back out to fix it without charging me again. I wrote to Beacon twice to give them the chance to make things right with us, and their response was, "We don’t warranty drain cleaning...This is not something we bend on." Their motto is "A Local Company With a Plumbing staff you can trust and rely on." This was certainly not the case for us. Now we are going to have to hire someone else to come and unclog it even though we have already paid Beacon $447.22!
