+ -1 moreWe were in the market for a front-loading washer, and of course in a bit of a rush. According to Arnold's Appliances web site, they had the model we were seeking; I sent an e-mail via their web site on a Sunday, and on Monday I called. I spoke with Dick, who told me I had an old model number, and it was no longer available; he even called Whirlpool to see if they had any left. They didn't, so he took the time to tell me what features were new/upgraded on this year's models, gave me a quote while on the phone, and said the new model could be delivered the next day. I then checked my e-mail and Jeremy Pritchett had responded to my e-mail query about the same model--and he gave the same information as Dick, and answered a couple more questions. Someone took the old model info off the web site by Monday afternoon. Good info, good service, and the delivery/installation guys were on time, polite, and knowledgeable about the washer, and they hauled away the old washer.
Description of Work: We got great service in receiving price quotes, delivery day/time, and getting our questions answered when we were in the market for a new front-loading washer.
