Nate, the plumber, is responsive to phone calls and texts. He also tries to diagnose the problem over the phone to determine its urgency and then schedules accordingly. Why is this important to a home owner who knows nothing about plumbing but has a water issue? Because instead of being told to look elsewhere, Nate responds and gives his opinion. He's come out twice to fix separate issues. While he was at my house he noticed that my water heaters didn't have a thermal expansion tank, which it needed. I called the company that installed the water heaters 2 years ago to inquire and sure enough they came out and installed it, apologizing for the oversight. Nate's prices are fair. I would recommend him as your go-to plumber for any plumbing issues!

Nate provided excellent service from beginning to end. He was good to return our calls quickly and schedule a time to come out for an estimate. He provided us with a couple of recommendations for new toilets right then and later called to follow-up with more information on each to help us make our decision. He showed up when he said he would – he even called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. He also kept us informed along the way with anything that we should know. When he was done he cleaned up and took care of the disposal of the old toilet. He provided great service for a reasonable price. There have been no complaints about that bathroom since he worked his magic.

I called Nate in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon to do the work. He arrived exactly when he said he would. The original kitchen faucet leaked and was old. After installing the new faucet, Nate made sure there were no leaks and fine tuned the new faucet so that it worked perfectly. The leaky water valve on the toilet was plastic. Nate researched how to remove it without damaging the pipe. He replaced it with a better quality metal valve and made sure there were no leaks. I was very satisfied with the work Nate performed and would use Nate again.
