Excellent! Tad was very responsive and professional. He indicated that this was a smaller job than his company was accustomed to doing, but did not turn me down. Rather, he scheduled some time early in the day for his crew members to come out and do the work before heading to the job. They arrived bright and early, did exactly what I needed for them to do, and were done in about 2 hours.

Everything was fantastic! Tad came out and spent about 3 hours with me discussing my yard. I new exactly what I wanted and he provided direction based on his experience but he was not pushy about his ideas. When he left, I knew within 500 dollars what it would cost. He just had to check on the price of a few odd items. I got two additional estimates and decided to go with him. Tad started the following week with one third of the cost as a down payment. He and about 4 other guys showed up and started installing the yard. Tad and his crew finished the entire yard in 5 days. I am extremely happy with the final product and I have received several compliments. He performed the work, keeping me informed the entire time. He changed the location of some plantings at no additional costs and he let me know if anything was going to cost more than originally planned before he installed it.

I was a little out of their normal coverage area, but they came out to help me. It was a massive clean-up and they handled it very well. Their people were well-trained and worked efficiently. They soon had my yard looking good.

We are very satisfied with our new front and back yard. The back yard grass is green, lively and looks great. We now have a whole new front yard with new beautiful plants and great layout. They were booked out for a few weeks, but Tad, the owner, went the extra mile by making time available to perform work on yard sooner since we looking to sell our house soon. We also called several landscaping companies, and they were one of two companies that were prompt in getting back to us. Tad came out in time for the free consultation and was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the prompt service and how the yard turned out.

Tad was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He came to the house and listened to what we wanted done. Along the way, he gave suggestions on how better to do things with an eye for the future maintenance of the yard after the cleanup. The estimate was broken down by yard cleanup, debris dumping, weed control, and 30 yards of bark. The 30 yards of bark included covering the area that used to be grass. The crew of 4 (Tad and 3 others) were on time on the scheduled days. They were very efficient and just went straight to the work. I was amazed by the amount of work they were able to do in the short amount of time they did it in. We're very happy with the work they've done. My husband says that our backyard now looks like a park.

Tad called me back promptly after I contacted him, and he came out quickly to give an estimate. He itemized his estimate and had great suggestions for the yard. He quickly got us on his schedule, and returned calls promptly. He and his crew were punctual, hard-working, and efficient, and just all-around great people to work with. They came when they said they would, and left the place spotlessly clean. He did everything we talked about during the estimate, and didn't forget anything. Our yard looks amazing, and the work greatly exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. It was a fantastic experience in every respect.

Tad was the best. Our lower backyard was so bad it was embarrassing to have guests over. Coyotes literally lived there due to the overgrowth. Tad was the only landscaper who came over and simply listened to what I wanted. He asked intelligent questions for clarification, took a lot of time measuring out and calculating what would need to be done before offering a quote. During the entire process, Tad met with my wife and I in the morning and in the evening to review what he had done and what he would do to ensure that he and his team were meeting expectations. We changed our mind mid way through the project and decided we wanted some drainage around the yard. Tad accommodated this change in direction immediately and charged a reasonable sum. In the end, both myself and my wife are really happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Tad to anyone and everyone and plan to use him again.

Price was very high, and they just told me that if I wanted lower prices I could talk to somebody else.

Tad (pronounced Ted), the owner called in less than an hour after I called. He showed up the same day (Sunday) to look the job over, and give a quote. We called 4 other contractors, and only received a bid from another, considerably higher a week later. American Rose scheduled the job immediately and showed up at the time, and day set. They completed the work in about 4 hours with an international community of workers (Latvia, Belarus, Poland, Russia). They did a great job and even came back to fix the work at no extra charge, even though it was our miscommunication. They charged $870 with tax. They were very polite, didn't argue with me or my wife, or make us feel stupid. I would hire them again.

TAD HAS BEEN DOING REGULAR LAWN MOWING FOR US FOR A COUPLE YEARS. HE IS VERY DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE AND REASONABLY PRICED.
