My kitchen sick was clogged behind the wall. Ron came and first patiently listened and understood what the I was seeing. He asked some detail before starting the work. He not only just brought the equipement in, but also made the effort to make sure the drainage was opened again before calling the job done. Ron really showed he has the experience and expertise to solve drainage problems.

Ron was the guy who came out to take a look at our issue (clogged basement floor drain) and he far exceeded my expectations. He was able to unclog a pesky clog that had probably been that way for well over 50 years. It took a couple different snakes and a lot of patience/expertise but he got the job done. On top of all this, he answered all my other plumbing relates questions around the house and gave fantastic advice on how to tackle them. Would 10/10 use the service again if ever needed. And, I'll definitely be asking for Ron!

Don was great. I had a clogged pipe I couldn't locate or resolve, causing my utility sink to back up. He arrived within an hour after I contacted him. He worked through the problem carefully and resolved it cleanly. Highly recommended, will use again.

I'd give Ron ten stars if I could. He was on time, listened carefully, learned everything he could about our situation, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems and building codes. I learned more from him about plumbing and drainage in our house than I knew from living here for 25+ years. We ended up needing a 450 lb power snake - which he had - to clear the clogged line. In addition to his experience and resourcefulness, he was wonderful to work with. At one point he said that he'd have difficulty sleeping if he wasn't able to solve the problem on that visit. This was one of the very best experiences I've ever had with a contractor or service provider (I'm pushing 70), and I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Ron is a consummate professional, a smart and resourceful worker, and a delightful person. And if this isn't enough, his rates are extremely reasonable - no surprises. If you need someone to help you with a sewer or drain issue, you needn't look further. Ron is your man!

Ron was very thorough in finding the problem and took the time to make sure everything was fixed and working well. He cleaned up after himself also. I was very pleased and would hire him again.

Ron showed-up when he said he would on Christmas morning. Took extra care to see that the problem wasn't bigger than it was. Had my clogged pipe cleared aft several tries. Made sure it was working correctly before leaving. I highly recommend Ron and his business if you have plumbing drainage issues!!

Ron, evaluated the problem and explained what he would do. He put the estimate in writing and the price he quoted me was extremely reasonable in my opinion. He wore shoe covers in my home and a face mask while he was inside. I will gladly hire him again.

We have used other rooters and plumbers in the past, which were sometimes OK and sometimes not. BUT American Rooter was THE VERY BEST. I can't say enough good things about the price, the service, the value. MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Far better than those franchise companies that charge too much and may or may not do good work.

My home main sewer line backed up to the basement and created a huge mess. We could not use any service in our home. I contacted multiple companies; few did not have time to come in right away, others came but their estimate was so expensive.
