Description of Work: I hired Cesar to give me an estimate for a new roof and to fix a large hole in my roof from a neighboring tree branch that damaged the roof. Cesar understood that the job I was contracting him to do came with two parts - first I had him remove the tarps that were covering the roof during the winter and repair the damage. I explained that I had to wait until the neigboring trees were removed before I would go forward with the entire roof replacement, he advised that it would also be the only way the roof could be guaranteed under warranty. His crew repaired the damage, cleaned and sealed the remainder of the roof, put on new gutters and cleaned the attic space where the water damage came in as well as repair the bedroom walls in the lower room that were streaked with water. I will use his company as soon as the large encroaching trees are removed for the entire roof replacement. I would reccomend his services, he did not try and talk me into getting the roof now, and instead just repaired the damage as well as did additional work such as the new gutters and treated the roof to prevent any moss growth or further damage while I persue the action involved regarding the neighboring trees.
