eyeglass repair
+ -1 moreI came in with a broken hinge on a pair of Oakley prescription glasses. Because Oakley make proprietary hinges, the repair would not be economically feasible. John did an adjustment for free that kept me going until I can get new frames. What stood out was his frankness and professionalism, in that I was not sold a repair just to make a sale. I very much appreciated John's honesty and candor.
