Description of Work: I called first, then stopped by the store to ask about having an old, ceiling fan repaired or replaced. The manufacturer is out of business. This repair store not only could not fix my fan (the motor is going out) but they did not have any recommendations or suggestions for where to turn next. It was a frustrating experience and I found the clerk, Mike, to be both unhelpful and somewhat off-putting. Next time, I will go out of my way to find a different outfit to help me with an appliance repair.
