ACTION ABATEMENT

The bid was competitive with others we solicited for asbestos removal--they are all expensive. We needed the work done in a particular timeframe, that they could not meet. We elected to go with another contractor.

The process was very clearly explained before any work was done. What they needed, staging areas and permits were all discussed and clarified before any work was done. The process is destructive because of the tape they us it requires patch and painting after they are done. This was all explained before any work was performed so we had a painting company ready to go after they were finished. They started when they said and work was completed when they said.

Work performed as agreed, cleaned up after themselves. No drama - knowledgeable crew. The only downside is that the owner doesn't answer his phone and there can be a substantial lag in time in responding to queries.

Mike Correll was prompt in submitting a bid. The bid was very competitive. After accepting the bid, his team were prompt and throrough in their work. There was little damage to the ceiling and I can texture and paint it easily. I paid around 4400$ not including taxes which was exactly per estimate. I will be happy to hire Mike and his team again.

They were inexpensive and they worked very hard! They did a very professional job. They are very reasonable in price. They were very clean in their removal.

Mike Correll and his crew were really good. It was a difficult process, and they handled it very professionally. They got the permit for the work and abided by all the regulations. They honored their contract and did everything in a timely manner. I would give them a good recommendation and would use them in the future, if necessary.

I called this company to get a bid for some urgent asbestos removal. Mike (the owner) was very prompt in returning my call, and was very willing to work with me on getting it out on our schedule. He also came in with the most competitive bid by price. My only complaint was that during the walk through of the house to give the quote, he elected not to wear a respirator despite the exposed asbestos (exposed inadvertently by our general contractor). I think that someone who works in this area should be more rigorous about safety (especially his own), and should be more concerned about the hazards presented by the asbestos. However, this may not reflect on how they perform their work, I have no insight into that. We ended up going with another company since our general contractor had worked with them before, but we were not happy with their work and next time I would go with this company.

The ceilings turned out very well. Not too many dings and scratches; they should be ready for painting without much additional work.

They were quick and the ceiling looks like the drywall crew just left! The work was performed as described and it's amazing how good the drywall looks. No scrapes or tears. Some minor damage to the walls where the plastic was taped but that is to be expected. I'd definitely do business with Mike again.

The experience was excellent. They were efficient and really quick. They were very professional and did an excellent clean up.

The job went well. They showed up on time, completed on time and left the house in a clean condition.
