Russ Michaels and his business partner, Chad Oslund, did outstanding work for me. The stereo system performs better than I expected and the security system works as advertised. Russ and Chad were on time for all appointments at my home and completed all the work in a timely manner. I recommend 3dk to my friends and relatives because the company provides outstanding service and products.

They did our first project over 10 years ago, installing a big screen TV, surround sound, video components, etc. We would never use anyone else - they assess needs, ensure a reasonable price/performance design, and do a perfect job of installing.

Everything has gone quite well. Chad and Russ patiently answer all of our questions and did an expert job of installation. Chad has already come back once (no additional charge) to tweak our univeral remote (adding FM/radio stations as well as ipod) and is available in the future to come out as needed. We are very happy with our new system and gladly recommend this company for their professionalism, friendliness and honesty.

Both Russ and Chad are extremely friendly, honest and professional. After installation, they have been extremely responsive and helpful any time we've had a question or issue. We would be glad to recommend them to anyone.

It went well. The work was done on 2 different days becuase they found the initial bracket did not work with her TV. They were very quick to get her scheduled and complete the install. They were very good at working through the unique challenges of her condo and also helped her out on a couple of other issues that came up while they were there -- that weren't even related to the stereo. My Mom was very thankful they were there to help and has been very pleased with their work. She is in real estate and has added them to her referral list for her business as well.
