Description of Work: Had trouble scheduling the work as provider is one man show. Arrived and was unable to do job as it turns out more work was needed than paid for. Agreed he would get a quote for full job to us in a few days. Never happened despite numerous phone calls/texts. He always seemed to be on vacation. We really want to get this work done but lack of communication is a big issue.

Description of Work: Called these guys and spoke with someone who was too busy to talk at that time. Said he would call back. That was last week. I guess they are still too busy to call back. I won't be using this company any time soon.

 + 0 moreHis price was the best. He was super flexible and super good to work with. He followed through on what he said that he was going to do. I liked everything about him. He was really great. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future if I have any electrical issue.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Ramm Electric LLC in the end of October 2010. He installed some outlets and hung up the LCD television in my house.

 + -1 moreThe guys that came out were very prompt, friendly, courteous, as well as offering me the option of doing a few of the issues myself (they would tell me how to do it). Wound up I needed a couple of arc breakers as well - after checking my breaker box. Gave me a couple of options. I chose to go with the more expensive. They went to Home Depot and picked them up, came right back and installed them. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: I had a fan/light installed a couple years back and the last few months it was coming on without me turning it on. I also had several other electrical problems and questions.

 + -1 moreRoss is great. He charges by the hour and does not mark up any equipment costs (I checked). He explains things thoroughly, works quickly and cleans up after himself. All this and he was spot-on the budget I had to work with. I received multiple bids/estimates and Ross was roughly half of what the others quoted.
Description of Work: Installed GFCIs, hard-wired smoke detectors, wall heater, replaced all thermostats, grounded panel, and fixed general wiring issues.

 + -1 moreIf you call them, you get him. When I explained to him what the problem was, he thought that there may be a fire danger, so he came out that same evening. He charged me an hourly rate without any extra charge. I spent $65 which I thought was an incredible bargain. He is my new electrician.
Description of Work: I used Ramm Electric LLC last Thursday because the electricity was shooting out of the house.

 + 0 moreI contacted Ramm Electric and Ross the owner/electrician was punctual for our meeting. He was very straight forward on his charges, no hidden costs, no trip fees etc. Ross' price was very fair so I hired him to complete the work.Ross came as scheduled and completed the work. He did a great job! He is fast effieceint and friendly. Great guy to work with. I have since hired Ross on 3 other projects of mine and have had the same experience.
Description of Work: Ross came out and installed all new switches and plug ins on the first floor of the house. He also installed under/over cabinet lighting, ceiling lighting, and a ceiling fan on a 20' vaulted ceiling .

Description of Work: Ross was instrumental in several wiring changes, wire cap setting, fuse box details, continuity and shorting tests, circuit test to fan and the exclusive-or toggle switching in the hallway, in addition to nylon reinforcement pushouts against the faceplates for sturdy socket connections. I would never go to anybody but this man, and for many good reasons. Ross is such a gifted Electrician and person, both humble in spirit, and honest in heart. His gift is in his giving, both in honesty, hard work, and a disciplined work attitude only a true professional shows. He is without question a man of goodness. You will not find a better electrician who offers so much value at such a modest rate. Anyone with electrical problems, either residential or commercial, I refer to Ramm Electric.
