They were prompt in coming out and giving me a quote and doing the job, but twice since they were here, the wiring has failed, which is the current situation. I tried to get in touch with him for him to come out and repair the problem and I've gotten no response.

I recently re hired Wire Rite to do some outside wiring for a waterfall feature and since I had experience with them 20 years ago and was pleased at that time, rehired them. Wire Rite also did some add on home wiring for us 10 years ago Their costing was competitive

We were given a preliminary estimate based on the plans for a little over $5,000. Then as the framing was completed, we did a walk thru indicating location of switches, lights, receptacles, etc. After rough wiring was done, we were provided a bill with "extras" that basically doubled the original estimate. Lesson learned here was to get a concrete estimate "before" allowing work to be performed. We had no idea that the "extras" (can lights, outside outlets, extra office receptacles) would cost that much. After meeting with him, he agreed to lower his price to our satisfaction.
