perfect, it went really smooth. they called before leaving there yard. they dropped a cord of maple on my driveway. one of my client, was in the need of firewood to. because we build a lot of chimneys, i get ask a lot of i knew somebody, who delivers firewood. they got their wood right after mine was delivered. i will call them again, as soon as i run out. had a couple fires already!

The driver called me 40 minutes prior to arrival and arrived right on time. He placed the wood on the left side of the driveway, perfectly, just as requested. Their truck was new and modern. The wood is gorgeous, dry and clean, and smells great. I will use them in the future because they provide dry, well seasoned wood that is clean and free from sawdust and dirt. The woman I ordered the wood from on the phone was nice and helpful and their website does a good job of explainging their different woods and pricing. This is a company I can trust and I would recommend them to anyone needing firewood. Finally, I found a great firewood provider! For people in Oregon they add a delivery charge of $2/mile (one way) from the border, but it was only $26 (13 miles) for Beaverton delivery. The total cost of the wood was competitive with wood delivered without a delivery charge, plus it was excellent dry and clean wood! They are in Battleground, WA, so if you live in the Vancouver area, the delivery is free.

I called about five different sources I found on Angies List for firewood. Most offered a mix of fir, maple and alder for about $285. I called the Wood Guys and they offered Alder for $220, Maple for $250 and Oak for $300. In the past I have found that when you buy a "mix" from most supplier, you get quite a bit of fir. So, I didn't want a "mix." I placed my order on August 30th for one cord of oak. The next available delivery date was September 8th. I asked for morning delivery on the following day, the 9th. By ordering on August 30th I was able to get the wood at the August price before prices increased on September 1. I was told that they charge a delivery fee of $2 per mile after they cross into Oregon. On September 9th we received a call before 11:00 a.m. from the driver saying he would be here in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time. The wood is high quality oak. Some of the load was aged one year and the rest aged two years. The delivery charge was $6.

Good wood selection. Wood was well seasoned as indicated. Efficient order process. Multiple pmnt options. Price competitive. Next day delivery at no additional cost. Wood delivered very early within the delivery window scheduled. Delivery guy was nice, efficient, professional, quick. I'll totally use them forever -- and will recommend to my friends that also still use firewood.

They were very prompt when returning our initial phone call. They were very flexible in arranging a delivery date that worked for both of us. They called a few days before they came to confirm the delivery. Then they called that day before they delivered to let us know they were on their way.

Great, quality firewood. A little expensive, but it was really good quality pieces. They are very nice to deal with also.

Answered the phone on the first ring. Answered all my questions, described the product accurately, very professional and patient on the phone. I was hesitant to buy over the phone because we've had bad luck ordering firewood that way (it's junk). The woman assured me that we could look at it on the truck and if we didn't like it they would turn around and drive away, no questions asked, no money charged - that's how confident they were about the quality of their product. Within a few HOURS they delivered the wood to our location, my husband inspected it and was very happy with the quality. Free delivery, too! They were great and we will use them again and recommend them.
