+ 0 moreSo after a week I called them. Had to leave a message. No response. I called again a few days later and finally the next day, Tracy from the office called me and left me a voice mail asking for our address. I called back it left it on her voicemail. She talked to Allen, who finally got us an estimate the following Monday (about 2 weeks after the walk through, maybe longer, didn't keep track) Anyhow, needless to say, we didn't use them.
Description of Work: they came out a week after I called them for an estimate. The walk through on our driveway and communication with Allen seemed fine. He was pleasant and when we sprung on them the neighbors wanted an estimate too, he was fine with it. After that I never heard from him. Not estimate, nothing.
