MOFFORD ELECTRIC

I will never hire this company nor recommend them to anyone in the Portland-Vancouver area! Very disappointed in lack of professionalism! I had two wall heaters I wanted Mofford Electric to install in 2 bedrooms. Mofford Electric refused to install the wall heaters I wanted. Instead they wanted to install a whole house wall heater which I did not want, nor ask for, nor need. In addition, the one they wanted to install is not recommended by PUD. PUD says they are inefficient and should be replaced by a ductless heating and cooling system. I was willing to buy the 2 wall heaters for each bedroom and have them shipped to Mofford Electric for installation. In addition they said 'no ground on 10-2 nmb'. I wanted more info about grounding and if the whole house need grounding. The electrician never called me back. Appears they really do not want the work. Interesting that an 'electrician' was always in the office when I called. But then 'to busy' to return my calls and email about 'grounding'. No I will not hire this company!

I really like the quality of their work.

We were rewiring our second house on our property. Brian came in and did all of the rewire, Also Relocated where the wire ran from the house to the pole. Had a new breaker box put in too.Then we had him come and wire in a ceiling light, porch lights (facing down to the river) a light fixture and extra outlets and fix an electrical problem in our house. He did an excellent job We also had him put in new lighting fixture and new bulbs on our barn and arena. When we had a problem with one of the bulbs on the barn two weeks later he came out right away and fixed it at no charge.(It was a faulty bulb not anything to do with his work) We live way out so it is an extra long trip for someone to come and work at our place. If you call the office they are very professional and wonderful to work with. I would always use this company for any work we have done in the future.
