 + -1 moreAll I have to say is don't use him. He's a salesman and will tell you anything to get your business.
Description of Work: He built our home and I would never recommend him for a builder. He cheated us out of so much money with his "flat fee". He never came back to fix things like crack when the house settled or anything that didn't work right. He kept telling us we had a spring under out house, but the truth was a gutter was not hooked up so all the rain water was going under out house.
