Description of Work: The LE Burgess team assisted us with a master bathroom renovation and updates for the second bath, kitchen and laundry room (tile, counters, fixtures, appliances, lighting, and plumbing.) Larry assisted us with shower plans, and wife Tracy provided excellent design advice and hands-on assistance with colors, finishes and choice of fixtures. Our project included a significant amount of tile work, and Larry's tile subcontractors were top-notch. Larry's foreman was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend LE Burgess.

 + -1 moreThe general contractor was punctual and always showed up when he said he would. He was very particular and made the subs redo work that he didn't find satisfactory. He was always willing to talk and didn't make excuses and listened well. The work took a little longer than was originally bid (5 weeks compared to 2-3), but it was OK. The tiling sub was always late and had to redo a few tiling pieces because they were not flat. Tilers also used our stuff and never seemed to have tools when they did show up. All the other subs were very professional, and the general did say he fired the tilers after our job.
Description of Work: Main bathroom was remodeled. Bath, toilet, vanity and window were replaced. Door between bath and bedroom was filled in. Fan/light unit and medicine cabinet/mirror unit was installed. Tub surround and floor were tiled. Can lights were added and vanity light was replaced. Molding around door was changed to match mirror unit style.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK- MATCHED EXISTING WOODWORK AND CREATED BEAUTIFUL FOCAL POINT AROUND WINDOWS AND IN ARCHWAYS. THEY WERE NICE TO WORK WITH, AND CLEANED UP DAILY. THEY STARTED ON TIME AND FINISHED WITHIN TIME FRAME.
Description of Work: WRAPPED SEVERAL LARGE WINDOWS, ADDED CROWN MOLDING IN 6 ROOMS, WRAPPED 2 LARGE ARCHWAYS.
