+ -1 moreHe is meticulous. He has really good suggestions. He uses excellent paint. He is also very easy to work with. He works mostly for repeat customers and their referrals. He is a professional full-time painter who can do all wall and wood repairs associated with doing his job. If you have learned the truth that " you get what you pay for " and are willing to pay for an excellent job, I respectfully suggest you talk to him. I personally won't use anyone other than Karmel Painting for any of my personal or investment property. I originally found him through a referral, by the way. We are not old friends, relations, or neighbors.
Description of Work: I do not know why the category for Karmel Painting says wallpapering. He is a PAINTER and this review is for his PAINTING company. Ross Karlsen of Karmel Painting has recently painted a 720 sq. ft. house of mine, interior ceilings, walls, and all trim. The previous tenants were extremely dirty and destructive and he cleaned and made repairs first. He had previously painted the exterior of this house (walls, trim, shutters). He has also painted an entire fourplex of mine, exterior including multiple colors of trim and entire interior--everything; he has painted another rental house I own, interior and exterior (total); and he has painted my own home.
