Excellent experience with this painting company. We researched carefully to choose 3 companies from whom to request a bid. Hello Painting distinguished themselves from the beginning: informative web site, responsive, courteous, reasonable price. We received a discount for beginning our project before May 1. The subcontractor painters assigned to us were 3 brothers from Ukraine who were hardworking, responsive and reliable. 2 were experienced, excellent painters. When we were concerned that the cracks on one exterior wall were not repaired, one of the owners came out immediately to review and talk with the crew, and the repairs were done. The crew did everything they could to make us happy. Upon conclusion, one of the owners completed a walk-around with us, and the crew came back for a couple more hours to add an extra coat to one area. Completely satisfied.

On time. As promised. Good communication. Solved problems. Good suggestions on improving our design.

Recently I hired hello painting to do interior paint for my 3000 sq. house on Sammamish plateau area. This house is my rental property. I got 4 bids for this job including my PMâ  s bid. Hello, paintingâ  s quote stood out because their price was almost 30% less than other two quotes. But I did have another lower bid than hello painting. I did not pick up lowest bid because hello, paintingâ  s quote is very specific about what they include and not include. And when Vadim came to my property and gave me a quote, he wa very polite and always suggested ways for saving money for me. When I showed their quote to my property manage, my PM even suggested to me to go with their quote. Alex is their crew leader and did paint job for me. To meet my tight schedule, he and his crew worked very hard and completed work on time. The quality of their job is awesome. I am very happy about the look of the entire house. Alex also did some work beyond his scope. I have broken light bulbs that need to be replaced at the top of the vaulted ceiling. When I asked him to replace the bulbs for me, he just did for me without any hesitation. My carpet installer made a dent on the wall, Alex just came back next day to repair right away. I am extremely happy with the painting job of my house done by Hello Painting. My exterior painting was long overdue and I had a lot of cracked siding and old peeling paint. They spent lots of hours not only pressure washing my siding but scraping old paint and caulking every possible gap. I chose Hello Painting among 4 quotes. They were not the cheapest but I felt most trustworthy and professional. The communication was easy and the response was quick. I am glad of my choice. The project started when I preferred. The workers showed up on time each day and finished the entire job of only 4 days including pressure washing and some carpentry work: change the rotting bottoms of 3 beams in front of the house by the garage door. They cleaned each day and did a beautiful job. After they were done, I found a minor issue and they came back took care of it. The entire process was easy, on schedule, on budget, and professional. Highly recommended.
