The best plumber I have seen since moving to Clark County WA. I would use Andy again in a heartbeat. We have a mystery leak in our shower area and Andy re-caulked the area. He could have charged me for the work but honestly said he could guarantee the work so did not charge me. A man with integrity and honesty is exactly who a homeowner needs to hire

Andy went out of his way to make sure I received good value for the fee. He also made sure I found the correct part for my kitchen faucet. If you want good service, use this plumbing company.

Andy was pleasant and efficient. We had a mix-up on the scheduled appointment time, but it all worked out. Value is relative. It is costly to have a professional come to the house for small jobs. The new faucet works great! Installation was professionally handled and I would consider hiring HD Mechanical again.

The entire team at HD Mechanical was great to work with. My initial call was returned almost a soon as I hung up. After explaining our need they were at our home within half an hour. After the first pass at fixing our water heater proved it needed replacement they fit it in the same day. When there was an issue with product provided by their supplier they made special arrangements to get things fixed the next morning even though it was Christmas Eve! Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about the work and service they provided. We highly recommend them.

Water was leaking from our hot water tank (6 yrs old). It was all over garage floor. Shut gas valve off and water. Went to Home advisor explplaining problem. HD Mechanical call at about 0615, Explained problem, and he said he would call for parts and call back. He called back, said parts were still under warranty, saving us more money, and was out here fixing it withing 1 1/2 hrs. They were professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. We will use them again. Good job guys!

Andy and Tyson did a great job, was very customer focused and very professional. We will be hiring them again for some other work we need to have done after the first of the year.

Andy was on time, had all parts needed, gave me estimates that were extremely reasonable, was flexible and even had a helper join him to wrap things up so they could move to their next client. I had him remedy an extremely outdated and ugly laundry waste area with new fixtures to code, plus update under sink plumbing in two baths. He was cordial yet professional, focused on getting the work done to my satisfaction. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommended.
