HD plumbing responded to my request for a plumber and came out the same day to give me a quote. At first, I thought the quote was a bit high for just replacing a faucet, but as it turned out it was pretty reasonable. Normally, when I have to replace something in our house the item is obsolete and this faucet was no different. Andy had to get under the house to connect the new faucet since it was a little different than the old one. I was grateful that he got under the house, since I have a bad knee and that would have been very painful at best. I was very satisfied with this company, his notifying us if he was running late, and just the whole experience in general. I would hire them again.

I contacted HD Mechanical for a clogged drain and low water pressure in the kitchen sink. They sent an apprentice who was extremely nice but extremely unknowledgable. I felt sorry for him as he was obviously not getting the training assistance I would expect an apprentice to receive. He had to call his boss twice and kept telling me that he wasn't sure about what he was doing. He unclogged the drain (although he said he didn't think he ran into anything) but didn't fix or offer any suggestions about the low water pressure. I'm very discouraged. I need to contact another plumber but am afraid to based on this experience.

I was very surprised after receiving multiple quotes that were extremely high, then we found Andy was extremely personable and was definitely the most affordable!!!!!! Thank know our so much! Ithank was also Friday night on Memorial day weekend and he stayed late to make sure our pipe was fixed! Amazing service!
